Problème avec vista sp 2 lenteur ouverture pc

Bonjour,
Je possède un portable compaq cq 60 présario avec vista sp2; depuis quelques temps maintenant, il rame énormément dès l'apparition de mon bureau, nécessitant souvent un ctrl alt supp pour le débloquer
Parfois la page de notification de démarrage d'AVIRA reste bloquer ce qui nécessite en général un redémarrage complet.
Ce matin j'ai lancé bitdfefender en ligne et il m'indique dans le journal en bas du site : memory infected win16 win32 sans plus de précision.
AVIRA ne trouve rien MALWARES non plus
Je l'ai analysé avec HiJackThis et avec Advanced SystemCare 3 Security dont je vous poste les rapports
--- j'ai lancé avira en mode sans echec par conte malwares en mode normal avec le fichier d'éxecution normal
Impossible de trouver une solution pour virer ces virus dans la mémoire et dans les rapports je n'y comprends pas grand chose
