Probleme sur mon ordi

j ai cette fenaitre
(LE POINT D ENTREE DE PROCEDURE ARCCON-GETCONNECTVERSION INTROUVABLE DANS LA BIBLIOTHEQUE DE LIENS DYNAMIQUES ARCCON.DLL.)
qui souvre sur mon ordi et je voudrait savoir comment faire pour la retirer car quand je clic sur ok elle revient toujour.
qui peut m aider svp.
