Problème Windows installer-Office plante...

Bonjour,

Je possède un ordinateur portable sous XP sp3 avec la suite office 2010.

Cela fait plus d'un mois que j'utilise office sans aucuns problèmes

Pour je ne sais quelle raison, au démarrage d'office, une fenêtre d'installation s'ouvre et me dit que la vérification de la licence d'office a échoué et le programme se ferme.

Plus tard, en voulant installer un anti malware, je me suis aperçu que windows installer empêchait la plupart des installations de logiciels. Le poste de travail est inaccessible (ça mouline pendant 5 min puis il apparaît), ni les préférences réseaux. Les autres logiciels semblent fonctionner.

En mode sans échec, j'ai accès au poste de travail.

J'ai passé le PC au peigne fin, (Malware bite, spybot, emsisoft...), aucuns problèmes détectés. Par contre impossible d'installer Adaware à cause de windows installer qui fait des siennes.

J'ai tenté Windows installer clean up, impossible à installer.

J'ai tenté une réparation via le CD de XP : écran bleu (fatal error) lors de la fin du chargement des fichiers, donc j'arrive même pas à l'écran de choix d'installation ou de récupération. (Le CD est sain puisqu'utilisé récemment sur un autre PC).

Je pense avoir épuisé toutes les solutions pour résoudre le problème sans passer par le formatage...

C'est la première foi que je rencontre un problème aussi récalcitrant.

Si vous avez des suggestions, je suis preneur.

Bonjour gouroucky,

Il me semble que votre problème vient principalement de Windows Installer qui est "corrompu" .

Je ne sais pas précisément comment on le répare, mais en revanche je peux éventuellement vous permettre de régler le problème pour Windows Installer avec un logiciel* dont l'efficacité pour ce type de problème a eu lieu sur certains ordinateurs. Grâce à un de ses outils de réparation Windows inclus dans le logiciel vous pourrez peut être régler le probléme.
