( demarrage) PC très lent

bonjour à tous
prob de demarrage,PC très lent
pour affichage bureau 1'45''( ça va encore)
pour ouverture du 1er dossier ou prog +5'( ça ne va plus),surtout "outlook"

après analyses d'anti-virus et cie
(norton 2002,anti-trojan 5.5,ad-aware 6.0,antispy,spybot,CwShredder et spy sweeper,rien de changer

quelqu'un pourrait-il me venir en aide je ne sais plus quoi faire
merci
j'ais fait une analyse avec "hijack this",je vous envoi la liste (si ça peut servir)
