Quelqfait planté mon pc à distance

Bonjour,

j'ai un gros souci depuis quelques mois , quelqu'un fait planté mon pc à distance et cela à n'importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit .

j'ai bitdefender 2008 , donc mon pc est protégé contre tout , je le pensais

à priori quelqu'un fait quand cette satanée saloperie de manip pour planter mon pc quand il veux , je pense à des voisins , mais ???

y a t'il quelqu'un qui puisse venir à mon aide , je suis sous windows xp pro , d'avance merci à tout ceux ou celles qui pourraient m'aider .

car cela dure depuis 3 mois et je ne sais pas et plus quoi faire , j'en suis désespéré , d'autant plus que le pc est tout pour moi , je suis handicapé et beaucoup coincé chez moi , j'ai fait 2 A.V.C en 3 ans et je me retrouve avec beaucoup de séquelles moteur , je me déplace très mal et ne peux plus écrire correctement .

donc , au secours pour mon pc , encore merci à tout ceux qui pourront m'aider

Re,

Désactiver BitDefender : double-cliquez sur l'icône BitDefender près de l'horloge puis dans la partie 'Antivirus', dans l'onglet 'Résident', cliquez sur le bouton 'Désactiver'. La phrase 'Le résident est désactivé' s'inscrit en rouge et le bouton devient 'Activer'.

- Réactiver BitDefender en cliquant maintenant sur le bouton 'Activer'.

encore des tonnes de merci pour ceux qui ont pris du temps et ont eus la patience de m'aider .

dois-je recommencer défender lyonnais car j'ai quand même réussi au bout de 4 essais , j'ai d'ailleurs posté le rapport plus haut dans ce post

bon, les clés de registre sont parties. Mais je doute pour les psudi-drivers.

Remets un rapport RSIT que l'on fasse le point.

encore des choses.

On va utiliser ComboFix.exe. Rends toi sur cette page web pour obtenir les liens de téléchargement, ainsi que des instructions pour exécuter l'outil:

si ton antivirus proteste, désactive le le temps du téléchargement.

* Vérifie que tu as fermé/désactivé tous les programmes anti-virus, anti-malware ou anti-spyware afin qu'ils n'interfèrent pas avec le travail de ComboFix.

Envoie le contenu de C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse afin que je l'examine.

j'ai vraiment un gros problème , impossible de télécharger combofix via le lien que vous m'avez fourni dans votre précédent méssage , que faire ???

j'ai beau cliquer ou il faut , il ne veux rien enregister , comment ça ce fait , j'ai pourtant tout bien fais ???

c'est bien toi qui a installé BinarySense ?

* Double-clique sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.sur ton Bureau
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Re,

Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".
! Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression !
Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.

Copie ou imprime les instructions avant

Déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

Désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


Crée un nouveau document texte : clic droit de souris sur le bureau > Nouveau > Document Texte, et copie dedans les lignes suivantes :

Enregistre ce fichier sous le nom CFscript


Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFscript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe

Clique sur le fichier CFscript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFscrïpt vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relache la souris. Combofix va démarrer.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.

Remets aussi un rapport Hijackthis


Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

Attention : cette manip a été fait pour cet ordi. Tout réutilisation peut endommager sévèrement le système d'exploitation.

Re,

Clique sur le fichier CFscript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFscrïpt vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relache la souris. Combofix va démarrer.

mdr et je suis poli parce que le ton pourrait monter assez vite.

Commence par regarder soigneusement si le courriel que tu reçois ne te dit pas aussi comment il faut faire pour arrêter qu'un courriel te soit envoyé à chaque message.

Sinon, regarde sur le site si ça n'est pas indiqué quelque part.

un forum d'entraide certes mais il faut comprendre que le fait d'avoir repondu une fois nous condanne a recevoir les 500 mails que vous echangez alors que cela devient une discussion entre 2 personnes moi j'evite ca en allant parler ailleur le resultat est le meme mais ne polu pas les autres

Je pense qu'il suffit d'aller a droite de ton écran dans la colonne marquée "MES INTERVENTIONS" et de cliquer sur la croix noire/rouge en face de "18:48 quelqfait planté mon pc à distance (zebulon)"

La plupart des interventions d'aides se passent entre 2 personnes, bizarre de découvrir cela avec 2600 messages au compteur !

dois-je me résigné ou peut-être quelqu'un pourras m'aider via msn ou via un autre site , car je suis déjà bloqué chez moi ( à cause de mes A.V.C )alors si mon pc ne fonctionne plus comme il faut , je suis vraiment foutu , bon à me coller une balle , il faudrait encore que je puisse le faire ça aussi.

Ok, j'ai bien noté que l'ordi s'était éteint entre le passage de combofix et celui de Hijackthis.

On va nettoyer un certain nombre de choses.

Lis bien et exécute cette manip dans l’ordre.

#Télécharge et installe ces logiciels (si tu ne les as pas) pour les 3 premiers
mets les à jour, comme indiqué dans les démos ou tutos.

Ne les utilise pas tout de suite.


Antispywares et autres :

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton bureau à partir de ce lien :

https://www.malwarebytes.com/

A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.

Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.

Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.

MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue.

->Lance CCleaner.

Suppression des fichiers temporaires

Va dans la section "Options" situé dans la marge gauche.
Décoche "Avancé"
Retourne ensuite dans la section "Nettoyeur"
Fais bien attention de cocher toutes ces cases dans la marge gauche (Internet Explorer/Windows Explorer/Système)
• Clique sur [Analyse]
• Patiente le temps du scan, qui peut prendre un peu de temps si c'est la première fois.
• Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur [Lancer le Nettoyage]

Lance Malwarebytes AntiMalware

Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain teps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

MBAM va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le bloc-note. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

->Relance CCleaner.
Suppression des incohérences du registre

• Clique sur l'icône [Registre] situés dans la marge à gauche
• Puis clique sur [Analyser les erreurs]
• Patiente pendant que CCleaner scan ton registre.
• Une fois le scan terminé, coche toutes les entrèes qu'il t'aura trouvée.
• Tu peux cliquer ensuite sur [Corriger les erreurs].

Si tu n'est pas sur de ce que tu fais, tu peux choisir de sauvegarder les entrées cochées pour les restaurer ultérieurement.

dans un premier temps tu le suis pour désactiver la restauration système.

Tu fermes la fenêtre.

Dans un deuxième temps, tu le suis pour réactiver la restauration.

Ceci recréé automatiquement un point de restauration daté de l"heure de la réactivation.

Mets à jour ton antivirus et scanne ton ordi.

[Recoche] la case « Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé) »


Dis moi quand c'est fait (et poste le rapport de MBAM).

on continue par le nettoyage des outils :

Tu cliques sur démarrer, puis sur exécuter, tu tapes 
combofix /u
dans la zone de saisie puis OK.

* Télécharge ToolsCleaner par A.Rothstein & dj QUIOU sur ton Bureau.

* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.

* Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.

* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.

* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.

* Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).


Enfin, tu défragmentes tes partitions.

bonjour ,
je vais continuer mais auparavant je dois vous faire par que mon pc a encore planté cette nuit à 4h10 , je m'en suis rendu compte vers 5h , quelle joie de ce lever à cette heure pour relancer mon modem .

je suis presque certains que cela viens de l'exterieur de chez moi , peut-être avec un aimant puissant à proximité de chez moi ou certaines ondes ???

problème toujours en application et fort embêtant , pire que ça , nuisible et nocif .

je viens d'essayer de taper combofix /u dans exécuter , cela ne marche pas , je lai pourtant bien tapé et est remis un raccourci combofix sur mon bureau , je fais donc toolscleaner , bizarre pour combofix , non , ne marche t'il plus ???

non mon installation électrique date , mais un ami va me changer ça bientôt en m'aidant à installer ma neufbox , dans 10 à 15 jours maxi
ça pourrait venir de ça ?

En plus des virus, oui c'est possible :) On t'aide pour les virus peut-être présents sur ton ordinateur ... merci notamment à Lyonnais92 :) ! Car les ordinateurs n'aiment pas les micros-coupures électriques ou les défauts d'alimentations électriques. merci beaucoup - "Info ReactOS®" -

dois-je télécharger et installer réactos sur mon pc , si oui , auriez-vous un lien qui me permette de le faire ?

sinon , j'ai moi aussi pensez a des micro-coupures de courant , mais mon écran lui reste allumé et adsl autoconnect , me reconnecterais , alors qu'en fait d'apparence mon résau est actif , en apparence seulement car émule se coupe messenger aussi et impossible d'aller sur le net , cela remarche que quand je fais un redémarrage , ce truc est fort bizarre , je ne connais pas grand chose en informatique , mais depuis 4 ans que j'ai un pc , c'est la première fois que je me trouve face à ce genre de problème ( qui dur maintenant depuis 4 mois ) à la longue cela vous use vite un homme surtout déjà affaiblis par mes A.V.C
cela viens de mon voisinage , j'en suis certain , mais , pas de preuves , donc pas possible de porter plainte
