Scan antivirus bloque mon ordinateur!!! HELP

Bonjour,

Voila depuis quelque temps mon ordinateur rame. J'ai donc décider de faire un petit scan avec avast 4.8 mais voila au bout de quelque temps le scan se bloque et mon ordinateur plante. Puis j'ai essayé de refaire le scan en mode sans échec mais là aussi même probleme.... J'ai alors essayé un scan en ligne avec panda et là ...... le scan plante encore!!!!
Que dois je faire?????

- L'autre rapport --> rapport de suppression, de plus si tu l'as passé 4 fois, tu devrais avoir au moins 6 rapports à la racine du disque dur, donc à toi de trouver le bon...

Je n'est pas d'autre rapport je n'est que celui la. Et c'était pour cette raison que j'avais fait l'opération plusieurs fois

- Recommences l'option 1 d'Usbfix stp et postes le rapport généré :

- Branches tes disques amovibles ( clé USB, disque dur externe, Ipod, etc...) sans les ouvrir

Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur .

- Choisi l option 1 ( Recherche )

- Laisse travailler l'outil.

- Ensuite postes le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

* Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )


# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

- Es tu sure d'avoir fais l'option2 quand je te l'ai demandé

Branches tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)sans les ouvrir

# Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisis éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur .

# choisis l'option 2 ( Suppression )

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisses travailler l'outil.

# Ensuite postes le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

- telecharges SmitfraudFix et enregistre le sur ton bureau

http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe

- Desactive la garde de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware
- clic-droit ( executer en tant qu'admin.) sur smitfraudfix >> un fichier est créé
- Ferme toutes les applications et clic-droit ( executer en tant qu'administrateur) sur Smitfraudfix.exe
- Laisse toi guider et au menu, selectionne l'option1 puis patiente le temps de la recherche
- Un rapport s'etablira en fin de scan, poste son contenu

Ok,


- Redemarres le pc en mode sans echec :

---> au demarrage du pc, tapotes sur la touche F5 ou F8 de ton clavier, juste aprés le bip du bios et avant l'apparition du logo windows

--> un ecran noir avec plusieurs options apparaitra, choisis " mode sans echec " et valides par la touche " Entrée " de ton clavier

--> Une fois en MSE, relances Smitfraudfix et choisis cette fois l'option2

--> réponds oui aux questions et laisses l'outil travailler

--> un rapport sera généré à la fin du scan, postes son contenu.

- Mets à jour Malwarebytes Antimalware --> ouvres Malwarebytes --> cliques sur l'onglet " Mise à jour " --> puis cliques sur " Recherche de mises à jour "

- Cliques ensuite sur l'onglet " Recherche " et lances un examen rapide du pc en prenant soin de supprimer la selection si Malwarebytes trouve des infections, puis postes le rapport généré stp

- Vides la quarantaine de Malwarebytes --> cliques sur l'onglet " quarantaine " et supprimes tout ce qui s'y trouve

Télécharges AD-Remover (de Cyrildu17 / C_XX) sur ton Bureau.

/!\ Déconnecte-toi et ferme toutes applications en cours /!\

-clique/droit ( executer en tant qu'admin.) sur le programme d'installation, installe-le dans son emplacement par défaut (C:\Program files).
-clique/droit ( executer en tant qu'admin.) sur l'icône Ad-remover située sur ton Bureau.
-Au menu principal, choisis l'option "A".
-Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.

(Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log)

- Relances AD-Remover et choisis l'option B puis " Entrée "

- A chaque fois que tu coches, presses la touche " Entrée " de ton clavier

- Puis choisi "S" puis " entrée " et laisses l'outil travailler
