Bonjour,

Moi qui croyais avoir réglé mon problème...

Il y a deux jours, j'ai fait appel à votre aide pour analyser mon rapport hijack. On 'avait alors dit que je n'avais aucun problème "majeur" et on m'avait alors suggérer de défragmenter l'ordinateur tout en en executant CCleaner, ce que j'ai fait.

Cependant, voilà que les problèmes se manifestent à nouveau, et semblent encore plus importants! Il m'arrive souvent d'attendre jusqu'a 1 minute pour ouvrir un programme quelconque (même un fichier word !). Pendant cette période d'attente, l'ordinateur "gèle" et le gestionnaire de taches affiche "program not responding" jusqu'a ce que, enfin, le fichier en question s'ouvre. Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider à nouveau et peut-etre trouver du nouveau dans ce rapport Hijack? Pour l'instant, la seule solution que je vois est le retour à un point de restauration antérieur... :(

Effectivement tu peux restaurer ton système.
Avec le point de restauration qui date de 2 ou 3 jours (après dépannage)
Il n'y a rien d'inquiétant dans le rapport !
Peut-être faudra t-il chercher du côté des processus cachés.
Les symptômes étaient ils les mêmes dans ton précédent post ?

Oui. Comme j'ai mentionné, les symptomes étaient - et son toujours - un TRÈS long temps d'attente lorsque j'ouvre un programme. C'est encore plus important lorsque je laisse l'ordinateur en mode "veille" et que je reviens (par exemple 2 heures plus tard...)

Des démarches à suivre pour les programmes cachés? :(

Bonjour Powax,

Pourrais-tu me dire dans quel onglet car j'ai vérifier partout (je crois bien) et ces applications ne semblent pas là. Par ailleurs, sens-toi bien a l'aise d'en enlever plus. Comment ces programmes peuvent-ils se chargés automatiquement et manger ma RAM? Je n'ai jamais souhaité ça pourtant ;(

Pour répondre a la question de CPU, je suis rarement en mesure d'ouvrir le gestionnaire de tache lorsque tout "fige",.... et lorsque ENFIN je réussit, c'est parce que tout est revenu à un rythme normal. Sinon, les programmes affichent "not responding" (mais je n'ai pas encore vue lequel utilisait le plus de CPU)

Bonjour Alex,

ah oui désolé, j'avais oublié de préciser: "dans l'onglet démarrage"

Ces programmes lancés automatiquement au démarrage se chargent tout seuls par défaut, sans te demander ton avis.

Idéalement il faut laisser seulement les logiciels de sécu, le reste peut-être lancé manuellement. Après c'est à toi de voir les applications que tu as envie de lancer à chaque démarrage, par exemple msn ou skype.

Poste un dernier rapport HiJack pour voir ce qu'on peut encore désactiver stp.

Vui forcément, si qq programmes inutiles ne tournent plus pour rien, ça va plus vite ^^

* Tu peux encore désactiver: Dell QuickSet, SynTPEnh, DVDLauncher, ISUSPM Startup, ISUSScheduler, TkBellExe, dla, NeroFilterCheck, Office, Adobe, Microsoft SQL Server.

Tu auras déjà bien optimisé ton démarrage après tout ça :o)

Au re-démarrage, tu a bien choisis "démarrage séléctif" dans la popup ? Je crois que c'est la réponse séléctionnée par défaut, et qui permet de prendre en compte tes changements.

* Sinon, à faire régulièrement: nettoyage + défragmentation du disque via les outils sytèmes ;o)

Ne surtout pas toucher au pc pendant la défragmention !

D'accord.

J'ai pourtant défragmenté seulement après avoir exécuter CCLeaner. Pas en meme temps ! Un manque de précision de ma part...

Cela dit, j'ai remarqué que le moment d'attente (bien qu'il beaucoup moins long qu'avant) survient SURTOUT lorsque je reviens après avoir laisser mon ordinateur est en mode "veille" (par exemple si je quitte pour un moment, et que l'écran se ferme...)

Sinon, pour le reste, tout va bien.

Je viens à nouveau d'expérimenter mon fameux "lag spike" et j'ai remarqué dans le gestionnaire de tâches que c'est le "Système Idle process" qui est à environ 98 CPU et qui y demeure (92-98)...

Des conclusions à en tirer?

"System Idle process", ça correspond aux ressources disponibles du système, donc 98% c'est plutôt pas mal ^^
