Question

Bonjour,a tous depuis quelque temps j'ai des soussis de rapidite de mon ordi j'ai des pub qui arrive des pages de oranges toutes blanche qui apparaisse regulierement quand je vais sur le net et parfois le pc plante sans raison j'ai suivi les information des autre discution en faisant la premiere etapes de navilog1 mais la je n'ose pas aller plus loin de peur de faire des betise alors svp aide moi le rapport me donne ca que doit je faire ensuite merci d'avance

bonsoir Double cliques sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et laisse-toi guider. (ont dit merci ^^marie^^)
Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valides.

Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Fermes toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuies sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le bloc-notes. Ton bureau va réapparaitre

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau.

Postes le rapport içi.


Ferme internet explorer puis Démarrer/panneau de configuration/options internet
- onglet "Contenu" puis onglet "Certificats" et si tu trouves ceci, en particulier dans "éditeurs approuvés", mais regarde ailleurs :
electronic-group
egroup
Montorgueil
VIP
"Sunny Day Design Ltd"
Tu les supprimes.


Pour supprimer Navilog par la suite

1/ Désinstalle Navilog1 Via ajout/suppression des programmes --> Navilog1
Via le fichier uninstall présent dans le dossier %programfiles%
avilog1.1
Ensuite supprime également ce dossier : C:\Program Files
avilog1



Ensuite

C'est un complément de désinfection
Il supprime des fichiers appartenant à des malwares.
Il ne vise pas des infections particulières.

Une fois sur le bureau, tu fais un clic droit sur ton fichier clean.zip et dans le menu déroulant, tu clics sur extrait tout ou extraire ici.
Cela va créer un dossier clean.
Double-clic sur ce dossier clean, tu y trouveras dedans plusieurs fichiers.
Double-clic sur clean. Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 en appuyant sur la touche 1 de ton clavier.
Clean va travailler.
Un rapport Va etre généré, colle le contenu entier ici.

(- Où est le rapport clean ? : « Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre-le bien dans c : !

bonjour ton ordi est bien infecte !! on va attaquer

Télécharge VundoFix.exe par Atribune http://www.atribune.org/content/view/24/2/ sur ton Bureau.

* Double-clique sur VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer
* Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
* Lorsque le scan est terminé, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo
* Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
* Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers
* Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique sur OK

--> Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis! dans ta prochaine réponse

Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-haut, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".

desoles je donnais le bibe a ma fille ok pour vundo mais il nous reste encore beaucoup de travail pour assainir ton ordi !!!
Fais ce qui suit :

Télécharge Combofix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau,

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Déconnecte toi du net et désactive ton antivirus pour que Combofix puisse s'exécuter normalement

Double clique sur Combofix.exe
Mets le en langue française F
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan
Lorsque le scan sera terminé, un rapport apparaîtra.

Poste le en réponse.

Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\Combofix.txt+

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié.
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix, 

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même le rapport.

puis fais analyser ces deux fichiers :

1) Télécharger et installer CCleaner.

Décoche pendant l'installation
--- les deux cases "Ajouter l'option ... "
--- Contrôler les mises à jour
--- Ajouter la Barre d'Outils Yahoo! CCleaner sur PC Astuces">CCleaner

Clique sur Options, Avancé et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Ne touche pas aux autres réglages.

2) Télécharger et installer AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5

Lancer AVG Anti-Spyware.
Cliquer sur le menu Mise à jour.
Dans le paragraphe Mise à jour manuelle, cliquer sur le bouton Commencer la mise à jour.
Attendre la fin de cette mise à jour puis fermer le programme.
Ne pas lancer d'analyse maintenant

Démarre en mode sans échec maintenant avant de poursuivre

3) Lance CCleaner

Puis dans le menu" Nettoyeur"
Cliquer sur "Analyse" (laisser travailler cela peut durer longtemps la 1ere fois)
Cliquer sur le bouton "Lancer le nettoyage".
Fais cela plusieurs fois d affilée puis ferme CCleaner

N'oublie pas de vider ta corbeille. (En principe, CCleaner le fait).

il faut aussi purger la restauration du systeme
pour purger la restauration du systeme :

demarer / tout les programes / accessoires / outils systemes / restauration systeme / parametres de la restaurations / cocher la case desactiver la restauration systeme cliquer appliquer puis ok / redmarer le pc puis effectuer le chemin inverse pour reactiver la restauration systeme puis creer un nouveau point de restauration

4) Lance AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5

Cliquer sur le menu Analyse (de la barre d'outils).
Cliquer sur l'onglet Paramètres.
Dans Comment réagir? cliquer sur Actions recommandées et choisir Quarantaine.
Dans Comment faire l'analyse ? et dans Programmes potentiellement dangereux, vérifier que toutes les cases soient cochées.
Vérifier que le bouton-radio Générer un rapport après chaque analyse soit aussi coché.
Dans l'onglet Analyse
Cliquer sur Analyse complète du système.
Important : Ne pas ouvrir de fenêtre, ne pas lancer de programme pendant l'exécution de AVG Anti-Spyware, car cela pourrait interférer avec le processus de recherche.
Tres important : A la fin de l'analyse, cocher tout ce qui a été trouvé puis cliquer sur " Appliquer toutes les actions"
Ensuite.
Cliquer sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte qui se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware.
(C:\Programfiles\Grisoft\AVG Antispyware 7.5\Reports )
Puis fermer AVG Anti-Spyware

D) Termine par un scan en ligne :

Assure-toi que les contrôles active x soient bien configurés dans les options internet comme décrit sur ce lien=> http://www.inoculer.com/activex.php3

Fais un scan en ligne avec https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr

Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'affiche clique sur J'accepte

On va te demander de télécharger un ou deux contrôles active x, accepte . Laisse le faire les mises à jour puis quand il aura fini, clique sur Suivant

Dans le menu Choisissez la cible de l'analyse , sélectionne Poste de travail .
Le scan va commencer.Poste le rapport qui sera généré stp.

NOTE: le scan est à faire avec Internet Explorer

Reviens le rapport d'AVG antispyware, celui du scan en ligne ainsi que le log hijackthis.

pour moi c'est propre ! relance hijackthis do a scan systeme only puis coche la case devant cette ligne puis clic sur fix chequed

je ne connais pas tres bien bit defender , a t il un pare feu ? je te conseil de mettre de cotes internet explorer et d'utiliser mozilla firefox comme navigateur il est beaucoup plus performant et beaucoup plus sur !! tu peu virer les outils que nous avons utiliser conserve ccleaner pour effectuer un nettoyage etreparer les erreurs sur ton ordi tu peu aussi conserver avg anti spyware !

oui il n'y a pas de comparaison possible j' ai retrouver la vitesse d'execution et il arrete de planter 
pour ta question est ce que bit defender a des pare feu

ok mais de rien ! voici un lien pour que tu puisse telecharger firefox ( g!rly y reconnaitras surement ca touche !!lol instale le et tu verras encore plus de difference !! 

et pourquoi ne pas surfer avec firefox? = plus sur, tout en gardant ie 7.0 pour les mises a jour windows car impossible a effectuer sous firefox

et sont complement anti pop up 
moi j´utilise aussi le plug in https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/433 il bloque les annimations flash et les remplace par un f clickable pour voir l ánnimation si desiré 

 bonne fetes et attention l'acool pendant les fetes fait autan de ravages que les viruses et c'est plus grave !!
