Bonjour,
Je viens vous voir pour un autre problème : bluescreen.
J'ai un pc fixe tournant sur windows 7, qui a très souvent des bluescreens, des écrans noir, des écrans figés, ou des redémarrages.
J'ai ce problème quasiment depuis l'achat.
- intervention du sav : rien d'anormal
- diagnostique de la ram : rien
- capture des bluescreens en photo -> problème de ram
J'ai abandonné, laissé mon pc à l'abandon. Ce soir je l'ai allumé, fais un diagnostique de la ram; problème avec "ntoskrnl.exe".
Je regarde sur internet, les problèmes se ressemblent mais les rapports d'erreurs ne sont pas les mêmes.
Sur la conclusion du problème, il est écrit que ça pourrait venir de mes drivers. Quand je regarde sur tous mes drivers, aucun problème tout est à jour ...
Aussi, les rapports de crash remonte au plus tard au 21/12/2016, hors j'ai allumé mon pc vers avril et j'ai eu des crash / bluescreens.

- après un (re)démarrage
- en plein chargement de windows
- pendant une partie sur un jeu vidéo
- navigation sur internet

Bonjour,
Ayant traité ton signalement, demandant la suppression de ce sujet auprès des modérateurs,
Afin d'aider d'éventuels autres utilisateurs dans la même situation, il est toujours bon d'indiquer la solution que l'on a trouvé pour régler le problème afin de partager les solutions. C'est le principe même du fonctionnement des forums de CCM.
Enfin, puisque tu souhaites ouvrir un nouveau sujet, sur d'autres problèmes apparus ensuite sur la même machine, mais n'ayant pas de liens (directs) avec ce premier, tu peux très bien ouvrir un nouveau sujet, sans que celui-ci ne soit supprimé. D'autant que des informations de ce sujet, pourrait, sait-on jamais, être utile au nouveau tout de même.

Bonjour,
Hum, pour le problème j'ai changé d'OS. Je suis passé sous Linux, plus de problèmes de bluescreens, de crash, ou de redémarrage.
Cependant je dois avoir un soucis avec ma carte graphique. Je vais sûrement devoir la changer.

Ouvre un nouveau sujet et nous verrons ce qui est possible (ou pas) pour ça.
Par contre, le fait d'avoir changé d'OS pour corriger des soucis de mémoire... Il aurait fallu tenter simplement de réinstaller l'OS proprement sur la machine, voir si le souci persistait (ou pas). C'était peut-être simplement Windows qui était corrompu ;o)

J'avoue que c'est un peu raide comme solution. :D
J'avais déjà supprimé, réinstallé et formater windows au minimun 15 fois. En panne d'inspiration et de solutions j'ai changé d'OS.

Et malgré plusieurs formatages, le souci était encore présent?
Même sous Linux, ça risque de revenir tôt ou tard... dans ce cas, je pense. :o)
