Savoir si je possède un carte tuner TV

Bonjour
j'aimerai savoir comment je sais si j'ai une carte Tuner TV et si j'en ai pas la quelle acheter ?
pour utiliser windows center (ou mieux si vous me conseiller autre chose de gratuit) pour regarder et enregistrer la télé en très bonne qualité
