Problème avec le centre de sécurité windows

Bonjour,
Voilà, lors de mon achat de mon ordinateur je me suis procurré la version d'évaluation de bitdefender total security 2009, qui expiré je l'ai désinstallé, puis, mis la version d'évaluation windows live one car, qui lui aussi expiré je l'ai donc désinstallé pour enfin installer kaspersky internet security 2009. Donc le voissi installé j'ai un message du centre de sécurité windows qui me dit que j'ai deux antivirus installé, qui sont bitdefender total security 2009 et kaspersky internet security 2009. Que faire pour enlever ce message ?

Salut ,

Tu as du, mal désinstaller Bit defender....


Outil spécial de désinstallation Bit Defender disponible ICI.
Sauvegarde l'outil sur ton ordinateur et lance-le.
Clique sur le bouton Uninstall pour démarrer la désinstallation. Quand l'outil a terminé, redémarre ton ordinateur.

Maintenant il me dit que kaspersky internet security 2009 est activé mais son signale au centre de sécurité windows est dans un format qui n'est plus pris en charge. Que dois-je faire ?

Fais ceci pour voir ce qui est réellement
installé sur ton pc:


Télécharge RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau :

- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
- Clique sur Continue dans la fenêtre
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
- Poste le contenu de log.txt plus info.txt (réduit ds la barre de taches) à la fin de l’analyse .

Les rapports sont dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

Compte tenu de ta version 64 bit ...
==> réinstalle kapersky à partir de ce lien stp.
