Bonjour,
Je possède un portable dell inspiron 1520 avec windows vista. Je souhaiterais formater mon ordinateur a cause de nombreux problemes comme des virus, des problemes avec mes connections internet, au démarrage, etc... Débutant en informatique, je ne sais pas trop comment faire, pouvez-vous m'aider ? dois-je utiliser les disques que j'ai eu lors de mon achat ? Merci d'avance de me repondre

oui sur les dells c'est touche F12 pour acceder au menu de boot -> selectionner le lecteur cd dvd comme peripherique de demmarage->s'assurer que ton cd est bien dans le lecteur , et ->boot

avant de faire sa commence plutot par conetre ton infection

telecharge ce prog : https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Securite/anti-spyware/fiches/29061.html

instal et ouvre le
clic sur : do a scan and save logfile

attend le raport ( environt une minute )

copi le et colle le ici pour voir ou est ton prob

mac afee, avg et avg anti spyware, spyware doctor.

et avast aussi il me semble ? bon deja effectivement je croit avoir vu un truc un peu malsain mais je laisse ca aux initiés ...
mais avoir plusieurs antivirus sur un meme pc c'est pas bon DU TOUT ...bien au contraire ....
on va attendre AMD64 il t'expliquera ca mieux que moi ...
