Freeze sur Windows Vista

Bonjour,

J'ai besoin de votre aide concernant un ralentissement répété de mon PC depuis quelques jours.
En fait, ce dernier se "bloque" très régulièrement en m'affichant le petit rond équivalent au sablier de Windows Vista et je ne peux plus rien faire, que ça soit changer de fenêtre ou quoi que ce soit d'autre. Ma souris reste cependant "bougeable".

Pour régler ce problème j'ai essayé plusieurs choses:
- j'ai défragmenter le disque dur qui n'est plein qu'à moitié
- j'ai fait des analyses avec Antivir et Spybot S&D qui n'ont rien découvert
- j'ai effectué une analyse Hijackthis mais j'aurais besoin de votre aide pour voir s'il ne reste pas quelque chose:
