Bonjour,jé un message recalcitrant d'erreur au demarrage ...c:/windows pdf .exe introuvable..jé deja lu quelques messages sur le sujet mais rien ni a fait

oui il y a effectivement quelque chose de bizarre

c'est cette ligne qu'il faudrait supprimé, ensuite tu redemarres, tu refais un scan pour voir si elle est réapparue.
Si elle réapparait, il faut faire la meme manipulation mais en mode sans echec.

sinon, une question est ce que tu as utilisé le programme n'lite?

non pas a ma connaissance...
pour mon redemarrage je la fix avec hisjack et je redemarre..???

1- tu redemarres ton PC, et dès qu'il a démarré tu tapotes rapidement sur la touche F8, jusqu'à ce qu'un ecran noir apparaisse et te propose de démarrer "en mode sans echec sans prise en charge réseau".

Là windows démarrera avec un minimum de fonctions, donc ne t'inquiète pas si l'affichage se fait à l'ancienne ou que des programmes ne répondent pas lorsque tu es en mode sans echec.

Ensuite lorsque windows aura démarrer, "en mode sans echec",
2- lance un scan HitJackThis, Fix la ligne dont je t'ai parlé,
3- lance un scan antivirus avec ton logiciel antivirus,
4- et un scan antispyware avec ton logiciel antispyware si tu en as un, ou avec un logiciel antispyware du type "arovax antispyware" (que tu auras téléchargé et installé avant de redemarrer en mode sans echec, car en mode sans echec tu n'auras pas de connexion pour le faire)

5- Une fois les Virus et spywares supprimés, relance un scan HitJackThis, enregistres le rapport pour nous le poster.
