First of all, sorry for the English, but I don't know French and I have just translated what written automatically.
I have a problem explained in another post, I explained my problem in that post, but no one answered me, probably because it was an old topic. The problem is that Internet Explorer and Google Chrome shortcuts are continuously created by themselves even if I eliminate them. I suppose it is the same virus that was discussed in that post. I have read the FRST tutorial and I scanned my PC. These are the 3 links that I got after uploading the 3 reports on pjjoint website:

Salut,

Je vais répondre en français c'est plus facile.
Il existe des forum US comme BleepingComputer.

Les raccourcis se créent où ? sur le bureau ?

Tu as des programmes qui ont été installés à l'achat de l'ordinateur ou installés par la suite et qui sont pas forcément utiles.
Ils encombrent Windows et peuvent le ralentir.
Tu peux donc les désinstaller.
Vas dans le Panneau de configuration
puis programmes et fonctionnalités.
Désinstalle :

CCleaner
ClamWin
CyberLink
Java
Sentinel
UsbFix


PS : CCleaner n'est pas vraiment utile, même si on le recommande de partout.
Si tu veux le garder, désactive la surveillance de CCleaner, inutile, ça se met au démarrage de Windows et le ralentit avec ces nettoyages incessants, voir : https://www.malekal.com/supprimer-ccleaner-demarrage-windows/


Réinitialise/Répare les navigateurs WEB concernés par les problèmes :

The shortcuts are created automatically on the desktop. Everytime I delete them, they recreate automatically. Moreover if I look at their properties, a window opens and tell me that the path is not correct.

ok c'est une infection par disque amovible

Essaye cette correction FRST.

Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST. Tu peux t'aider de cette note explicative avec des captures d'écran.
Relance FRST puis sur ton clavier appuyer sur la touche CTRL + Y.
Le bloc-note va s'ouvrir, copie/colle ceci.

CloseProcesses:
Startup: C:\Users\Massi\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\HelpMassi.lnk [2018-05-19]
ShortcutTarget: HelpMassi.lnk -> C:\Massi\Massihost.exe (Microsoft Corporation)
Startup: C:\Users\Massi\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\Invia a OneNote.lnk [2016-04-11]
ShortcutTarget: ManualMassi.lnk -> D:\Massi\Massihost.exe (No File)
Hosts:
EmptyTemp:
RemoveProxy:
Reboot:


Enregistre le contenu par le menu fichier puis enregistrer.

Ferme le bloc-note, retourne sur FRST et clique sur le bouton "Corriger / Fix"
Un redémarrage sera peut-être nécessaire et automatique.
Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

Redémarre l'ordinateur.


Après il faudra nettoyer tes clés USB.

I have done all you have written, but after the restarting of the PC the problem still continues :(
I still have those wrong shortcuts on my desktop :(
What should I do?
Do I have to post to you new scan reports with FRST?

Maybe you should create a new windows user and check if the shortcut problem still continues on it.
