Trojan virus internet et windows

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai contracté un virus. C'est la première fois et je ne sais pas trop quoi faire. Je vous seras infiniement reconnaissant si vous pouviez m'aider à m'en débarasser.

J'ai téléchargé un fichier. Tout d'un coup mon écran est devenu bleu et m'a averti que le système devait redémarrer à cause d'un problème qui m'a semblé terrifiant bien que je n'y aie rien compris...

J'ai redémarré mon ordi et AVG ne fonctionnait plus car: le programe n'était plus valide. (je ne me souviens plus ce que ça disait exactement et par ailleurs mon ordi n'est pas en français).
Internet ne fonctionnait plus non plus.
J'ai branché un vieil ordi que j'avais et j'ai dl antivir. Je l'ai passé sur mon ordi infecté en mode sans echec et j'ai fait un scan (mais sans updates puisque pas d'internet sur l'ordi infecté!).
Il m'a trouvé 4 fichiers infectés par le même virus (je ne me souviens pas du nom, je sais je suis un cancre. Je crois que c'était BAGGLE ou qqch dans le genre. Possible? promis à partir de maintenant je prendrai des notes).
J'ai effacé les quatres fichiers en faisant un backup dans le ficher quarantaine.

Ensuite j'ai voulu réinstaller AVG qui m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas avoir deux antivirus. Donc j'ai supprimé antivir mais ça n'a pas été facile pcq j'ai eu qq messages d'erreurs qui m'ont dit que je pouvais pas faire ça pcq mon système aviait des défaillances graves...

Mais j'ai quant même réussi en en ouvrant le fichier d'installation . Parcontre AVG est devenu impossible à réinstaller.

antivir a trouvé ça la deuxième fois:
trojan horse: TR/Rootkit.Gen (c'était pas ça tout à l'heure mais ça finissait aussi en .Gen)
dans: C:\Wnidows\System32\drivers\srosa.sys

je choisis l'option "delete" et "Backup to quarantine"

Internet ne fonctionne tjrs pas.

si je démarre mon ordi normalemment et que je vais dans le poste de travail puis dans mes programmes, Windows (vista) cesse de fonctionner (pas de réponse), alors par reflexe je l'éteint moi-même en appuyant sur le bouton de mon laptop pour pas que ce satané virus ait le dernier mot.

salut

tu es infecté par le virus bagle.

tu as telechargé un crack ? alors supprime le de suite.

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

puis

Télécharge ELIBAGLA en bas de cette page
http://www.zonavirus.com/datos/descargas/95/elibagla.asp (clique sur le bouton "Descargar Elibagla") sur ton bureau.

Lance-le, de préférence en mode sans échec si tu en as la possibilité, en mode normal dans le cas contraire. Patiente le temps du scan.
Lorsqu'il a terminé, poste le contenu du fichier infoSat.txt qui se trouve dans Poste de travail > Disque C:\
Et par la même occasion, précise si tu peux à nouveau démarrer en mode sans échec.

***Ne pas rebooter en passant par msconfig.

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec?

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Je redémarre windows normalement.
Windows defender me dit que l'application x8000106ba est impossible et ima connection internet ne s'établit tjrs pas..

Re,

fais ceci maintenant :

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Bah non... ça marche pas :(

Je l'ai lancé combofix en mode sans echec et j'ai reçu plein d'erreurs pendant le scan.

Ensuite le fichier combofix.txt ne se trouvait nulle part.

J'ai redémarré en mode normal et si je relance combofix je reçois le message d'erreur suivant:
You cannot rename Combofix as Combofix.

et en bas à droite de mon écran je reçois ce message:
CF31776.exe- fichier corrompu
le fichier o disque C: est abimé e illisible.
Executez l'utilitaire CHKDSK.

fais ceci :

3) Ouvre l'invite de commande : démarrage > programme > accessoire > invite de commande ou dans outils système > invite de commande
Tape les commandes suivantes successivement :

N.B : si tu as des messages d'erreur lors de la suppression de certains fichiers, ne pas s'inquiéter, cela signifie qu'ils ne sont pas présents sur ta machine. Attention de ne pas faire de faute de frappe !

del c:\windows\system32\mdelk.exe > entrer : le fichier va s'effacer
puis
del c:\windows\system32\drivers\srosa.sys > entrer : le fichier va s'effacer
puis
del c:\windows\system32\drivers\hldrrr.exe > entrer : le fichier va s'effacer
puis
del c:\windows\system32\wintems.exe > entrer : le fichier va s'effacer

en suite essaies d´installer un antivirus

Telecharge et instales l'antivirus Antivir Personal Edition Classic :

J'ai entré les commandes pour effacer les fichiers comme tu me l'as dit , mais aucun des fichiers n'a éte trouvé. Je refais un scan avec Antivir.

J'espère pouvoir te recontacter demain,

oui eliblaga ne voie plus rien mais moi je le voie toujours...

fais ceci stp :

Télécharge ComboScan sur ton Bureau en bas de cette pae en clickant sur download file

-> http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/

Ferme toutes les applications en cours : antivirus, pare-feu, etc ..
Double-clic sur comboscan.exe, dans la fenêtre qui s'affiche, clic sur OK.
Soit patient...
Le rapport Comboscan.txt s'affichera, copie et colle le contenu de ce fichier ici.

Le rapport peut-être long et en deux morceaux vérifie qu'il soit en entier.

dis-moi juste si tu es encore dans le coin... sinon je pense que je vais me coucher. Quitte à reprendre demain. C'est quoi tes horaires?

J'apprécie énormément ton aide et j'ai vraiment l'impression que tu vas réussir à tuer ce satané virus.

STP ne m'abandonne pas, je bosse avec mon ordi. Pour l'instant j'ai un ordinateur d'appoint mais c'est vraiment pas pratique.

je n´ai pas vraiment d´horraire precis...

Pourquoi n´arriverait- on pas a desinfecter ton pc ?

fais ce qui suit :

* Télécharge OTMoveIt2 (de Old_Timer) sur ton bureau : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe

n´y touche pas

redemarre en mode sans echec:

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec?

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.

Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

Note : en mode sans echec tu n´auras plus acces au net alors imprime ou copie les instructions ci dessous dans un fichier texte que tu pourras consulter a souhait
une fois en mode sans echec.

Fix.reg

Ouvre le bloc-notes (click droit sur le bureau > dans l´arborescence choisie nouveau et nouveau fichier texte) et fais un copier coller de ce qui est en citation ci-dessous (copie tout d'un trait-sans les barres(x)) :

Note : Regedit4 est sur la premiere ligne dans le bloc note et il y a une ligne blanche a la fin.
Puis click sur "fichier"/"enregistrer sous" :
dans : sur le bureau
Nom du fichier : fix.reg
Type de fichier : "tous les fichiers"
clique sur "enregistrer"

ca doit ressembler a ca une fois enrregistré :

quitte internet et double clique sur fix.reg => tu dois obligatoirement avoir un message "voulez-vous vraiment ajouter les informations contenues dans ce fichier .reg au registre ?"
Si c'est bien le cas, clique sur "oui"

* Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour lancer le programme,
* Copie la liste de fichiers ou de dossiers ci-dessous et colle-la dans la fenêtre du programme "Paste Custom List of Files/Folders to Move" :

C:\Windows\system32\drivers\hldrrr.exe
C:\Windows\system32\wintems.exe

* Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression,
* Le résultat appraraîtra dans le cadre Results.
* Clique sur Exit pour fermer le programme.
* Poste le rapport qui est situé ici : C:\\\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles
* Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC. Dans ce cas, clique sur Yes.

puis

click sur la touche vista et simultanement sur la touche r > la boite de dialogue executer va apparaitre, tape cmd et valide par ok

une fois dans l´invite de commande tape ceci : ipconfig /flushdns ( respect l´espace entre le g de ipconfig et la / devant flushdns et valide par entrée

puis a l´aide de hijack this coche et fix cette ligne :

Malheureusement je craint que OTMoveit n'aie pas réussi à effacer les fichiers.

Je ne saurais pas vraiment te dire...

J'avais AVG.
J'ai découvert que j'avais un virus entre autre pcq AVG est devenu un répertoire win32 non valide ( mon jargon n'est pas terrible mais tu sais probablement ce que je veux dire).

Un ami m'a conseillé d'installer antivir. Ce que j'ai fait (avant de poster mon premier appel au secours sur ce forum).
Comme je ne pouvais pas avoir 2 antivirus, j'ai supprimé AVG.

antivir semble fonctionner correctement.
Je n'ai rien d'autre.

Je continue à avoir le message d'erreur windows defender au démarrage et je n'ai tjrs pas d'accès internet.

ok pour antivir

Je continue à avoir le message d'erreur windows defender au démarrage

quel est ce message?

pour ta connection internet essaie ceci :

démarrer>exécuter> tape cmd et valide par entrée
dans la fenêtre noire copie-colle :
netsh winsock reset catalog
et valide par Entrée .
redémarre l'ordi et teste la connexion .

Toujours pas d'internet au démarrage. Mon wifi ne détecte aucun réseau si ce n'est la connection téléphonique.

Par ailleurs, je reçois tjrs le message windows defender au démarrage.

Est-ce que je refais des scans? Hijack? Eligabla?

oui excuse, mais je ne suis pas tout le temps devant mon pc...

les rapports me paraissent ok

pour ta connection je ne voie pas trop comment la retablir, je t´ai donnée une manip, cela n´as pas fonctionner winsock fix ne marche que sur xp ;-(

on peux tout de meme essayer ceci :

Télécharge Zeb-Restore http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/zeb-restore.html enregistre ce fichier sur le bureau.

-Clic droit Zeb-Restore.zip ==> Extraire tout choisis comme lieu d'enregistrement le bureau.
-Ouvre le dossier ZR_1.0.0.37 ==> double clic sur Zeb-Restore.exe
- Coche la case devant :

- Sites de confiance et sensibles
- Préfixes et Protocoles Internet
- Réinitialiser Fichier Hosts
- Réparation IE

- Ne coche aucune autre case
-Clique sur Restaurer
-Redémarre ton pc.

dis moi si il y a du mieux ?

Bon. ça n'a pas marché...

Si j'essaie d'initialiser le service sans fil de mon ordi, windows ne parvient pas à résoudre le problème.

Hello,

Si j'ai bien compris le virus en soi a été éliminé avec succès, certes?
Donc il reste le prob de windows Defender et d'internet.

Pour Internet, j'ai réessayé ça:

pour ta connection internet essaie ceci :

démarrer>exécuter> tape cmd et valide par entrée
dans la fenêtre noire copie-colle :
netsh winsock reset catalog
et valide par Entrée .
redémarre l'ordi et teste la connexion .

Cette fois-ci la manip a foctionné et l'ordi m'a demandé de rédémarrer. Comme je suis plutôt sympa, c'est ce que j'ai fait mais il ne me l'a pas rétribué en me rendant ma connection. Donc tjrs pas de net...

Un ordi sans internet c'est un peu comme un dimanche matin sans gueule de bois.... c'est tristounet.

oui c´est claire un pc sans le net c´est pas cool

tu as fais zeb restore j´immagine ?

essaie ceci :

# Cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer.
# Cliquez sur l'option de menu Paramètres.
# Cliquez sur l'option Panneau de configuration.
# Après l'ouverture du Panneau de configuration, faites un double clic sur l'icône Connexions réseau. Si votre Panneau de configuration est paramétré pour un affichage en catégories, faites un double clic sur Connexions réseau et Internet puis cliquez sur Connexions réseau tout en bas.
# Vous verrez alors une liste de toutes les connexions réseau disponibles. Repérez la connexion vers votre adaptateur Sans Fil ou Réseau local et faites un clic droit dessus.
# Vous verrez alors un menu similaire à celui de l'image ci-dessous. Cliquez simplement sur l'option de menu Réparer.

c´est toi qui a installé ce programme ?

oui c'est moi qui ai installé Synchronisation. C'est un logiciel de mirroring pcq j'ai plsrs disques durs externes en backup et ça me saoulait de devoir à chaque fois reproduire les mêmes opération d'un disque à l'autre donc j'ai cherché à automatiser tout ça. Mais j'avoue que je n'ai jamais vraiment réussi à paramétrer comme il faut.


J'ai fait le zeb restore.

J'ai aussi essayé de réparer les connections réseaux mais rien n'y fait.

J'ai des adresses IP fixes pour mon routeur. J'ai tout remis mais de toutes façons le système wifi ne trouve même pas les réseaux sans fils disponibles.

Si je décompose le système:
1_ l'ordi trouve les résaux sans fils disponibles.
2_ connection au réseau / identification
3_ connection à internet

Mon problème se situe immédiatement au niveau 1 (d'habitude je vois même les réseaux de mon voisinage).

ô rage, ô désespoir...

vraiment j´ai du mal pour ta connection, de plus la wifi et moi ca fait deux ;-(

Ok. Je te remercie mille fois pour ton aide précieuse.
Je pense que je vais créer un nouveau post "Séquelles de BAGLE" pour voir si j'ai des réponses à propos du Windows Defender et du wifi....

Merci encore pour ta philanthropie. Ca fait plaisir de voir qu'il existe des personnes qui sont prêtes à donner un coup de main juste pour le plaisir de donner un coup de main.
