Vim changer de langue par défaut

Bonjour.

Je voudrais changer de clavier utilisée en éditant avec vim.

J'ai suivi l'instruction 45.1 dans ce tuto,

la commande :language fr_FR.ISO_8859-1 crache un message
d'erreur " can not set language to fr_FR.ISO_8859-1 ".

J'ai peur que mon vim ignore cette norme.

Non là ce n'est pas pour le clavier, c'est pour l'encodage.

Il faut plutôt remapper les touches :
