gaim fourni avec Ubuntu sait déjà faire de l'IRC.
Sinon je lance Synaptic, je clic sur "Rechercher", je tape "IRC" et Entrée.
Et il me trouve:
ayttm, bitchx, centericq, epic4, etc.
