Mon mari a pris le relais, il a fait :

Ah oui, aussi on a fait le ménage dans tous les antivirus et les antipsywares que j'ai téléchargés dans ma rage de résoudre le problème. Il nous reste :

On a viré Norton et le spydoctor.

telecharge Ewido (antispy)
http://download.ewido.net/ewido-setup.exe
Pendant l'installation, sur la page "Additional Options", décoche les deux options "Install background guard" et "Install scan via context menu Ewido Security Suite. Clique sur mise à jour.
Clique sur scanner puis sur scan complet du système.
colle le rapport ici, stp.
petite précision, il ne faut qu'un seul antivirus sur un micro sinon conflit en perspective.
pour Etrust, spybot et ccleaner, tu peux les garder, idem pour ewido, il est gratuit.

Ce soir je décroche, mais demain je suis à la lettre toutes ces indications et je posterai le résultat
En tout cas ma machine ne tourne plus au ralenti, ce doit etre grace au ménage, c'est déjà çà.
