Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps mon pc patauge dans la soupe, et Antivir est impuissant face à cela...
De temps à autre il se rallume tout seul.
Je ne peux pas faire de scan antivirus.
Et j'en passe...

Merci de me donner un petit coup de main :)

installe spybot, mise à jour et scan
https://www.safer-networking.org/products/
supprime tout ce qu'il trouve
vaccine
puis coche teatimer et sdhelper

installe mbam, mise à jour et scan
https://www.malwarebytes.com/
supprime tout ce qu'il trouve

poste les rapports svp

relance antivir

je n'avais pas vu ton msg 2, mais mon sentiment est juste, tu surfes sans parefeu et antispyware, c'est du "suicide" de pc

attention à ton jkdefrag, n'est'il pas actif trop souvent, ça peut aussi ralentir

vérifie si acrobat est à jour v.9 de même que java v.6.16 (pour java supprime les anciennes versions par ajout/suppression de prog)

il faut mettre spypot en mode avancé pour ouvrir des onglets de configuration supplémentaires, enfin c'est pas grave, spybot fait toujours son boulot correctement
combien d'articles nettoyés?

Je vais tester de relancer avira maintenant.
Sinon tes deux logiciels proposés m'ont enlevé une 20/30ene de problèmes :)

spybot : as tu fait cela?
vaccine
puis coche teatimer et sdhelper : affiche une icone dans la barre des taches

as tu des pages publicitaires qui s'ouvrent?

d'autres scans? oui demain après une nouvelle mise à jour de spybot et mbam (fait un scan long pour mbam)

Spybot c'est fait!

Je n'ai pas de pages publicitaires.
Le scan long est en cours.




ps: on va laisser tomber le fait qu'il se rallume tout seul car c'est quand même très rare :)
