Question

Bonjour à tous,
J'ai un soucis avec internet explorer : à chaque fois que je veux faire une recherche sur google, il me redirige vers le lien http://www.bestfreedailyporn.com/result_new.asp?url=http%3a%2f%2fwww.google.fr%2fsearch%3fhl%3dfr%26q%3dchat%26meta%3d%26aq%3df%26oq%3d
qui m'empêche de faire toutes recherches et m'indique "Page not found"
J'ai XP et j'ai pourtant un bon antivirus (Kaspersky 2009) mais je n'arrive pas à corriger ce problème. 
Je remercie par avance tous ceux qui pourront m'aider.

Justement, tu ne demandes pas de l'aide à des professionnels, mais à des bénévoles qui prennent de leur temps pour t'aider ! Je ne t'ai pas demandé de jeter les autres personnes qui t'aident, mais de choisir une des personnes (pas forcément moi donc).

Ce que tu fais est un manque de respect pour nous... Tu nous fais perdre notre temps, qu'on pourrait utiliser pour aider quelqu'un d'autre qui en a vraiment besoin (on n'a pas besoin d'être plusieurs pour régler un problème comme ça) !

Ce n'est pas une question d'amour propre, mais une question d'efficacité : au cours d'une désinfection, on te demande d'utiliser des outils de désinfection spécifiques, et on suit l'évolution de la désinfection à l'aide d'outils de diagnostic (Hijackthis, RSIT...) : si tu fais d'autres manip' que celles qu'on te demande, le suivi de la désinfection devient impossible ! Si fredericx qui t'aide sur PCA savait que tu te fais aider sur différents forums, il te dirait sans doute la même chose que moi...

Si ça ne te convient pas, paye un professionnel au lieu de harceler des bénévoles sur des forums...

Bonjour,


Peux-tu utiliser ce logiciel de diagnostic stp, ça me permettra de t'aider :

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil. 
• Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés

Il y a une infection de disque amovible :

Télécharge USBFix (de Chiquitine29 et C_XX) sur ton Bureau
• Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut
• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, lecteur mp3 etc...) sans les ouvrir
• Double clique sur le raccourci USBFix sur ton Bureau 
• Au menu principal, choisis l'option 2 (Suppression)
• Ton Bureau va disparaitre, puis l'ordinateur va redémarrer --> c'est normal
• Laisse travailler l'outil jusqu'au bout
• A la fin, le rapport va s'afficher --> poste le dans ta prochaine réponse stp

Ensuite, fais ce scan généraliste :

• Télécharge et installe Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
• Lance MBAM et laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger (sinon fais les manuellement au lancement du programme)
• Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen rapide" puis "Rechercher"
• A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
• Coche tous les éléments  détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
• Enregistre le rapport
• S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes
• Poste dans ta prochaine réponse le rapport apparaissant après la suppression stp

Je vais donc te répondre sur ce forum, ça sera plus simple ! lol
Je te remercie sincèrement pour ton aide. J'ai téléchargé USBfix mais je n'ai pas mis l'option suppression mais recherche car j'ai peur qu'il supprime des éléments importants. 
Par contre je voulais te demander si je pouvais mettre malwarebyte sans soucis sur mon PC sachant que j'ai kaspersky installé. Lorsque je veux l'installer kaspersky me dit que le téléchargement d'un driver peut être un risque. Est ce que ça pose soucis ?

Si tu souhaites continuer ici, tu dois arrêter sur sur PCAstuces et prévenir la personne qui t'aide...

Pour USBFix, tu as choisis l'option 1 (Recherche), c'est l'option 2 (Suppression) que tu dois lancer. Peux-tu le faire et poster le rapport stp ?
Et n'oublie pas non plus le scan de MalwareBytes ;)

Pourquoi n'aurais-je pas le droit de demander l'avis de 2 professionnels ? Surtout que l'autre personne est gentiment venu m'aider je vais quand même pas la jeter sous prétexte que vous me le demandez. Peut-être qu'à vous deux j'aurais un max d'information pour pouvoir sauver mon ordi. 
Si votre but c'est vraiment d'aider les gens, je trouve honteux de faire un tel chantage. Moi même j'aide des personnes sur des forums liés à mon domaine et je ne me permettrait jamais de reprocher à quelqu'un d'aller demander à plusieurs personnes leur avis sur un sujet. 
Dans ces cas arrêtez de donnez des conseils aux gens car si vous pensez que vous êtes le seul qu'ils écouteront vous vous faites bien des idées.

Mais je n'ai harcelé personne ! vous y allez quand même un peu fort. j'ai demandé de l'aide c'est tout. Je comprend tout à fait que cela puisse vous faire perdre du temps. Mais faut comprendre aussi que lorsqu'on se retrouve avec un ordi qui marche mal, qu'on n'a malheureusement pas les moyens de s'en racheter un ni de payer quelqu'un pour le réparer, on puisse paniquer et demander l'aide d'un maximum de personnes. j'ai beaucoup apprécié ton aide mais je me voyais mal dire à l'autre personne : "désolé, vous n'avez pas été assez rapide pour me répondre" :-S 
Et puis chaque informaticien a ses propres méthodes. 
Donc désolé de vous avoir fait perdre votre temps et merci pour les quelques conseils que vous m'avez fourni.

==> Je comprends bien, mais ce que j'essaye de te faire comprendre, c'est que c'est contre-productif d'ouvrir plusieurs sujets pour le même problème

==> Justement, il faut suivre les conseils d'une personne, pas de plusieurs qui n'ont pas forcément les mêmes méthodes
