Bonjour,

Sur un windows server 2003, nous avons un petit souci. A savoir, l'impossibilité d'utiliser Internet.
Les connexions sortantes sont toutes refusées. Dans Internet Explorer, il y a le message "Internet Explorer ne peut pas afficher cette page Web" qui apparait (de façon très rapide, ce qui est bizarre). Impossible d'envoyer des emails. En revanche, les connexions entrantes sont acceptées: une connexion TSE à ce serveur ne pose pas de problème.

Je poste ici un rapport de hijackthis:
La ligne O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\documents and settings\administrateur\windows\system32\mswsock.dll' missing
a tenu mon attention. Y a t'il un pb sur la dll mswsock.dll?

bonjour, si tu as un pare-feu vériffis si IE n'a pas été mis en refusé cela m'est arrivé avec le pare-feu de bitdéfender !!

sinon cette lignes C:\Documents and Settings\Administrateur\WINDOWS\System32\smss.exe
ne me parrait pas très bonne
smss.exe est un procéssus légitime de windows mais normalement avec ce chemin la C: \ Windows \ System32 et la sur ton pc il se trouve dans un autre emplacement ce qui me fait croire à une infection mais comme tu n'a pas accés à internet pour télécharger les outils !! peux tu vériffier si dans C et puis windows et systéme32 si tu as aussi smss.exe dans ce cas tu pourrais virer manuellement celui qui me semble mal placé

Oui effectivement ce process semble bizarre car il n'y a pas de rép system32 dans C:\Documents and Settings\Administrateur\WINDOWS.
Oui, j'ai bien un smss.exe dans c:\windows\system32

J'ai refait un hijackthis après avoir viré les lignes suivantes et j'ai de nouveau internet:

bonjour, oui bizare mais comme tu es sous un os que perso je ne connais pas il m'est difficile de te guider par rapport à un xp . Tu dis avoir ce fichier dans le répertoire d'origine , et que tu ne le trouves pas dans l'autre répertoire , je sais pas si tu peux sur ce windows afficher les fichiers cachés si oui fait le et vériffis .
sinon il y a une ligne 010 qui serait bon de supprimer mais pas par un fixe avec hijackthis soit tu utilises spybot S&D ou tu fais ce qui suit , Merci

Télécharge LSPfix ici :

Lance LSPfix et agrandis la fenêtre qui, par défaut, est trop petite et fait apparaître les ascenseurs horizontaux et verticaux, masquant un bouton.
Déconnecte toi d'Internet et ferme toutes les instances (fenêtres) Internet Explorer.
Coche la case "I know what I'm doing" ("Je sais ce que je fais" ).
Sélectionne toutes les instances de la dll suivantes :

mswsock.dll' (présente en 010)

et fais les glisser du panneau de gauche, appelé "keep" au panneau de droite, appelé "Remove".

Clique sur le bouton [Finish].

Redémarre l'ordinateur. Remet un log Hijack pour vérifier si la ligne 010 à disparue.

Bonjour,
Je viens de faire le passage de LSPfix.
Le problème, c'est que ça ne marche plus du tout.
Même les connexions entrantes (depuis le réseau local, ou depuis internet par RDP) ne fonctionnent plus.
