Question

Bonjour,

J'ai téléchargé un fichier vérolé, et depuis je ne peux plus acceder à internet.

Après avoir téléchargé ce fichier, mon ordinateur à redémarrer tout seul et au démarrage je me suis aperçu que mon antivirus (Norton) n'était pas présent dans la barre de tâche. 

Quand j'essai d'installer un autre antivirus (comme Avast ou Kapersky), l'installation échoue.


Je ne peux même pas faire de scan en ligne puis-ce que je n'ai plus accès à internet.

Que dois-je faire ?

tu es obligé de désinstaller norton qui est de la m---e  en autre pour pouvoir réinstaller un autre antivirus.

J'ai déjà essayer mais je ne peux pas installer d'antivirus.

Un virus m'empêche de le faire.

regarde ceci

puis ensuite essaye de faire ceci : télécharge malwarebyte-s-anti-malware fait un scan complet puis à la fin afficher rapport, faire un copier coller du contenu et poste le ici puis supprimer les fichiers trouvés et redémarrer l'ordi.

Je vais chercher une clef USB pour mettre l'application sur mon ordinateur et je vous donne la réponse.

Mon disque principal (.C) a été analysé, et il n'y aurait aucun fichier infecté. J'attend que Malwarebytes analyse la seconde partition (.D) pour avoir le rapport
