Sous windows 7 / Explorateur a cessé de fonctionner

Bonjour,

J'ai un portable qui présente la malheureuse habitude de m'ejecter dès que je tente de naviguer dans l'explorateur de fichier, soit au bout d'un ou deux cliques, il me balance la fenetre puis rafraichit le bureau.
C'est Pareil en mode sans échec!!

j'ai essayé malware's byte, roguekiller, combo fix.. rien n'y fait.

j'ai nettoyé le démmarage avec msconfig mais j'ai toujours le pb, j'ai essayé de désactiver l'antivirus Kaspersky mais j'ai tj le pb..

J'ai fait un sfc /scannow, il a indiqué avoir trouvé des fichiers à problemes, en avoir réparé mais pas mieux.
