La personnalisation d’un système d’exploitation n’est pas une tâche facile car cela exige souvent des outils spécifiques. Il s’agit d’un programme spécialement conçu pour donner l’apparence de la barre des tâches de Windows 7 à celles de Windows Vista et Windows XP. Il est capable par exemple d’afficher les miniatures spécifiques à Windows 7 ou d’en afficher plusieurs comme avec Windows 7. Il est très facile à mettre en œuvre et aucune prise en main n’est nécessaire. Il est téléchargeable gratuitement dans le cas où on veut avoir une idée précise de son fonctionnement.
