Bonjour,
Je vous expose mon problème, j'ai toujours eu firefox, il marchait très bien, mais depuis quelques semaines, je n'arrive pas à ouvrir les sites sur lesquels je vais le plus souvent, c'est frustrant, et même avec internet explorer, il ne s'ouvre pas !! J'ai fait un peu de recherche sur ce site, j'ai vu que ce serait un problème de spyware, donc une infection. J'ai regardé les manipulations qu'il fallait faire (hijackthis), mais je n'ai pas osé faire, je ne m'y connais pas trop.

J'ai fait un scan Hijackthis mais ne sachant pas ce que signifie tout ce charabiat, je sollicite votre précieuse aide.

Merci amd64 de ton aide, j'ai donc suivi toutes les étapes, j'ai redémarré l'ordi, mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas !! j'ai aussi avg-antispyware !!
