Bonjour, Voilà il y à peu je mettais un message concernant des problèmes de gravure. ça recommence avec des CD-R j'ai fait deux copies de cd nickel et depuis plus rien. Il commence la gravure et hop ça coince. J'ai fait plusieurs essais en vitesse différentes mais ça ne change rien. Quand je fais une simulation ça fonctionne mais quand il lance la gravure au bout de 10% il met echec. J'ai verifier les pilotes, ils fonctionnent correctement, j'ai désinstaller nero en fesant un nettoyage avec le pack à telechager sur le site de nero. Je l'ai réinstaller, rien n'y fait. Je ne sais vraiment pas quoi faire. J'ai aussi tenter une gravure avec une autre marque de cd, ça n'a rien changer. Est-ce que mon graveur serait HS? Merci de m'aider. Bonne journée, bises

tu fait toujours une "vérification des données" à la fin de la gravure ?
si c'est le cas, décoche l'option et voit si sa marcherai pas mieux.

En fait je ne comprend pas vraiment ce que tu me dis? Car je ne sais pas verifier les données à la fin puisqu'il ne grave pas du tout, mes cd restent vierges.
Si non de quelle option me parles-tu? J'avoue que m'y connais un peu en informatique mais que je ne suis pas une pro! LOL

 tu as peut-être un problème de CD, mauvaise fabrication , çà peut arriver !
où tu ne configure  pas bien tes formats de gravure , données, photos, audio, etc 
où  il y a un disfonctionnement de ton programme ,  le réinstaller !

Ben en fait j'utilise toujours la meme marque qui ne m'a jamais posé de problème auparavant.
Maintenant avant j'avais la version6 de nero, ça à commencer à buger et j'ai eu la version7 ulta edition et là c'est le carnage.
J'ai donc désinstaller nero en fesant un nettoyage avec cleantools de nero. J'ai réinstaller alors la version6 et toujours pareil qu'a la seule difference c'est que sur certains cd il avait commence la gravure et puis echec, peu importe la vitesse.
Pour les cd j'ai essayer deux marques differentes et j'ai obtenu le meme resultat. Echec!
ça fait 15 jours que je rame avec ce truc.

ben , si avec deux versions différentes, tu as le même problème,
c'est que tu as autre chose qui ne va pas ! peut-être a ton système !

question de graveur , de pilote !

c'est déja arrivé , qu'en réinstallent le système l le problème était résolu  !
où en faisant une restauration du système, si tu as des points de restauration !avant ton problème !

c'est un bureau ton pc ? ? ? ? !

en faisant une restauration tu remet ton pc dans l'état dans lequel il était le jour choisi pour la restauration !

si tu as des données  personelles, importantes ,que tu as peur de perdre , tu les sauvegardent
normalement tu ne perd aucune données !

Super! Merci pour les infos Tribun. J'ai retrouvé hier le livret de prise en main et dépannage de mon ordi et là j'y ai trouvé les memes réponses que tu me donnes. Je vais tenter ça et........je croise les doigts pour que ça fonctionne enfin!J'vous tiens au courrant.

Ben voilà après une restauration ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. Maintenant il ne reconnait même plus mon graveur, lorsque je grave il me met "unknown burner". Maintenant je ne sais que faire, j'ai lu dans mon livret Packard Bell un Smart Restore. Ils parlent de désinstallation et réinstallation de logiciels et de restauration de ma configuration materielle. Est-ce que cela me serait utile ou pas?

simplement mettre ton cd dans le lecteur, pc en état de marche !et non au démarrage !

Bonjour,
En fait je n'ai pas de cd d'installation car j'ai acheter le pc avec les programmes inclus.
Bon et j'ai lu sur le forum que faire le smart restore etait deconseillé. Puisque je ne sais pas graver quoique se soit je ne sais pas sauvegarder mes données et programmes installés. 
MAintenant (je viens encore avec ça ) dans mon livret , il y à le programme Snapsys qui identifie les changements survenus au niveau materiel si je comprend bien. 

Voilà ce que je lis:

"Lorsque vous lançez snapsys, il scanne tout d'abord votre ordinnateur et vous nforme si vous avez effectué la moindre modification. Il affiche ensuite la configuration d'origine de votre ordinnateur etindique les changements apportés depuis que vous l'avez achete. Vous pouvez ainsi assurer le suivi des modifications apportées aux pilotes de vos périphériques."
Est-ce conseille vu que il ne detecte plus mon graveur. Ainsii peut-être vais -je retrouve les données nécessaire à la reinstallation?

salut tout le monde,
pour graver j'utilise nero 8,nero smart et je n'ai aucun soucis.
j'ai utilise la version gratuite et puis je l'ai achete(au moins comme ca je suis tranquille).
pour se qu'il l'ont il faut faie gravure de donnees(que se soit pour les films ou la musique)taper je nom du fichier a graver et faire ajoute.
il verifie le cd ou dvd et ca depend des fois il demande avec quoi on veut graver et la il faut cliquer sur graver des donnees avec nero smart,pas besion de faire de verifications a la fin il la fait tout seul!!
pour information j'utilise des cd-r super azo de la marque verbatim et des dvd+r advanced azo+ de la marque verbatim.
voila tout ce que je pouvais vous dire en esperant que cela vous aidera

Je coince réelement! Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider? Je ne comprend pas que mon lecteur lise encore les cd et qu'il ne grave plus un cd peu importe la marque! 
Je suppose qu'il ne le ferait plus si il etait totalement mort?
