Echec des mise à jour windows Update (win7 SP1 32bits)

Bonjour,

Suite à des problèmes sur un jeu (MTG arena) qui bogue depuis ce matin (crash carrément) hier soir il fonctionnait très bien), j'ai voulu voir s'il n'y avais de mise à jour windows que je n'aurai pas faites et qui pourrait causer le problème .... sauf que je n'arrive pas à les faire ces mises à jours.

J'ai regardé cette page (https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/35234-resoudre-les-problemes-d-installation-d-une-mise-a-jour-windows) et j'ai tout testé jusqu'au point 5, la suite semble à moitié obsolète ou inaccessible. Mais rien n'y fait.

Les mises à jours qui plantent sont les suivantes :
- KB4474419 (03/19)
- KB4474419 (08/19)
- KB4512506 (08/19)

Le téléchargement se passe bien (tant avec windows update qu'en les chercaht directement sur le site de microsoft) l'installation commence bien, mais lors du redémmarrage de windows il m'affiche l'échec de l'installation de la mise à jour après 70 ou 75 % ...

J'aimerais bien pouvoir rejouer à mon jeu ... je ne sais pas si ça peux aider mais dans les log du crash du jeu j'ai trouvé une phrase comme quoi unity player.dll a violé qqch, mais je n'arrive pas à rtrouver ce fichier ...

Pouvez-vous m'aider à faire mes mise à jour windows ? voire le réparer ?

Bonjour va a ce chemin en le copiant sur la bar de l'explorareur de fichier :

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

Clique sur Download et vide tout le dossier et reassaye d'installer les mise si ca marche pas redemarre le pc

Salut,

Je ne pense pas que ces mises à jour vont régler l'ouverture de ton jeu.
Peut-être l'antivirus ou un autre installé hier.


Suivre toutes les étapes de ce tutoriel dans l'ordre : Comment réparer ou réinitialiser Windows Update.
Une vidéo est donnée à la fin avec les détails au besoin.
Suis les étapes et à chaque fois tente d'installer la mise à jour.

1)
Dans un premier temps, utilise System Update Readiness Tool du paragraphe Windows 7 de cette page : https://www.malekal.com/dism-reparation-de-fichiers-systemes/
Une fois l'analyse et réparation terminée, redémarre l'ordinateur.

Ensuite, lancez une vérification et réparation SFC

Dans la recherche du menu démarrer, tape invite de commandes
Sur l'invite de commandes, clic droit puis exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Dans la fenêtre noire de l'invite de commandes, saisir sfc /scannow dans la fenêtre.

Ça doit te dire que la protection a détecté des éléments endommagés,
qu'il faut redémarrer pour pouvoir les corriger. A ce moment, redémarre.

Tentez à nouveau de passer les mises à jour, si cela continue de planter, passe à l'étape suivante.

3)
Enfin si l'installation des mises à jour plante toujours, tente une réparation Windows Repair : https://www.malekal.com/reparer-windows-update/

4)
Au final, si rien ne fonctionne, il te faudra réparer Windows 7 : comment réparer Windows 7 sans perte de données.

J'avais déjà essayé de vider C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution mais cela n'avait rien changé, j'ai réessyé ce matin en redémarrant le PC avant de relancé les MàJ mais pas de meilleur résultat.

SFC n'a rien détecté, DISM, a tourné, je pot le log ci-dessous, il y a de's chose qu'il n'a pas pu faire apparemmennt ( présence de "failed" dans le fichier) :

Après les point 1/ et 2/ toujours le même problème avec les MàJ

J'en suis au point 3/ à tenter de réparer Win update mais l'invite de commande me met quelque chose différent de l'imprim-écran dans ton lien et je ne suis pas sûr de ce qu'il faut faire :

Je suis passé à windows repair et j'ai fait tourner les prescan, il a corrigé 2-3 truc, puis pour la réparation à proprement parler il veut redémarrez windows en mode sans échec mais n'y parviens pas, à chaque windows se relance normalement. Cela pourrait-il venir du fait que j'ai un double boot avec Ubuntu ?

Tente une restauration du système de Windows qui permet de revenir à un point de restauration antérieure (si disponible), afin de retrouver un Windows fonctionnel.

Pour cela :

Sur ton clavier, appuyez sur la touche Windows + R
tape rstrui.exe et OK.
Laisse toi guider.

Malheureusement le seul point de restauration qu'il me propose est celui fait automatiquement par windows uptdate hier lorsque j'ai réessayer de faire les mise à jour, après avoir posté mon précédent message.

Je suppose donc qu'il faudra que j'appui sur la bonne touche au démarrage du PC pour le lancer en mose sans échec ? (et lancer après windows repair pour faire les réparation) Ou vous me conseillez autre chose ?

Oui F8 au démarrage après le premier écran et avant le logo de Windows.
Tu auras alors le menu du démarrage avancé.
et le mode sans échec est dispo dedans.

Je viens de faire tourner Windows repair en mode sans échec avec droit d'administrateur. J'ai tenté de faire les mises à jour après ça mais le pb est toujours là.

(indépendamment, il y a eu une mise à jour de mon jeu et je peux maintenant y jouer, c'est déjà ça)

Je parle des mises à jour, elles ne se font toujours pas. Le PC fonctionne en mode normal.

Le PC n'a pas de marque, je l'avais monté moi-même il y a bientôt 10 ans.

Je te renvoie alors à l'étape 4 de la procédure donnée au départ.
Soit donc la réparation complète de Windows 7.
Je ne vois que ça.

Note que si tu as des données importantes (documents word), pense à les copier sur un disque dur externe pour les mettre à l’abri.

Dernière solution, tu ne touches à rien et laisse planter.
Janvier 2020 les mises à jour pour Windows 7 s'arrête donc en gros il faudra envisager de l'abandonner.
Tu passes d'ici à la fin de l'année en Windows 10.
=> mettre à jour Windows 7 ou 8 vers Windows 10.
Suis bien les conseils en sauvegardant les données.
