20 malwares ne partent pas

Bonjour ,

j'ai actuellement 2 anti-malwares (Spybot search&destroy-Malwaresbytes64)

J'explique : Spybot , lui détècte des malwares que malwaresbytes de détècte pas !
et j'ai donc peur que les 20 malwares que spybot détècte restent sur mon PC

Oui, je clique sur ''Corriger la séléction'' il me dit que tout a été supprimer , je redémarre , je refais l'analyse , je retombe sur ces malwares. Que faire ?
