Bonjour,je voudrai que quelq'un m'aide à me débarrasser des pages porno qui arrivent subitement losque je suis connectée,je ne peux plus laisser mes enfants se connecter seuls

Salut

Bon, en premier tu as deux anti-virus.... ça c'est galère et fortement déconseillé car cela crée des conflits énormes sur le pc

Donc il te faudrait désinstaller Norton

Commençes par le supprimer dans ajout/supp des programmes

et tu refais ensuite un HT

j'ai essayée d'éliminer norton mais ce n'est pas une simple affaire,
je ne peux pas être trop longtemps sur l'ordi,c'est encore les vacances...

Télécharge Blacklight(de F-Secure) a l’une des 2 adresses :

et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique blbeta.exeet accepte la licence ; laisse [X]scan through Windows Explorer activé ; clique Scan puis Next

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).

Copie/colle le rapport

re, la tempête est passée, mon ordi est devenu docile et fini les pages sites porno ouf c'est génial mais je ne suis pas une bonne élève car j'ai oublié de copié les fichiers et je ne peux pas les sup manuellement car j'ai redémaré l'ordi est ce grave doc !!?

Belgamo, cesse d'affirmer des erreurs.

Je suis chez Wanadoo et n'ai jamais eu d'ennuis de ce style. Les "publicités" de viagra et autres variantes ne sont pas du au FAI mais uniquement à la politique de vigilance des utilisateurs.

Tu ne veux pas être inondé de pub pro-viagra ? Alors :
- évite de visiter certains sites,
- ne laisse pas ton adresse courriel partout ou utilise des adresses jetables,
- utilise un filtre anti-spam (il en existe d'excellents gratuits),
- utilise un anivirus à jour,
- utilise un parefeu.

D'autre part, respecte les autres (si tu veux qu'on te respecte). Tu dis à Marie de régler le problème alors que c'est précisément ce qu'elle fait en demandant un rapport hitjackthis.

Bonsoir Teutate je n affirme rien je constate.Tant mieux pour toi si tu n as aucun probleme avec wanadoo mais je travaille toutes la journee avec internet et beaucoup de mes clients ont ce probleme et ce sont des professionnels et non des particuliers.Personnellement je n ai pas wanadoo et je n en voudrais pas.Je ne veux pas avoir la pretention de tout connaitre comme Marie .Je prefere ta facon de dire les choses que la sienne.Je ne suis pas sur ce site pour semer le zizanie car pour moi et bien d autres ce site est tout simplement top. Je te signale Belgamo59 quand-même que Marie est un helpeur confirmé sur ce site, ( regarde juste le nombre de messages auquel elle a participé en tant qu'helpeur ) et qu'a ce titre elle a droit a un certains égards, non ?
Et d'autre part son expérience en matière de décontamination est incontestable.

Bonsoir Philo,je n ai jamais repondu a quelqun sur ce site comme elle l a fait avec moi.Elle est peut etre tres forte en informatique mais je trouve qu elle manque de diplomatie.Je n ai rien contre qui que ce soit sur site bien au contraire mais je n ai tout simplement pas apprecie sa facon de dire les choses.Je suis tres courtois sur le net et dans ma vie en generale et j ai passe l age de me prendre la tete.Sur ce je repete je n ai aucunement l intention d en vouloir a Marie.Elle m a attaque alors j ai repondu c est tout. Salut,
La chose que tu dois faire attention c'est quand un helpeur est occupé sur post, il faut éviter d'intervenir.
L'intervenant principal est celui qui a le post <1>, ici c'est Marie.
Si tu ne connais pas le helpeur, à ce moment tu cliques sur son nom , et là tu vois le nombre de messages sur lesquel le helpeur est intervenu...
Si tu en vois , un nombre certain, c'est que c'est un helpeur comfirmé.
Il est préférable de ne pas intervenir directement ! ( parfois , un autre helpeur comfirmé intervient.....mais comme en général on se connait tous, ça ne pose pas trop de soucis ))
N'oublies pas que tu as aussi la soluce d'intervenir en MP (message privé) en général, les helpeurs préfèrent, de cette manière, ça évite de mettre les pieds dans le plat.....;-)
