Virus résistant!!.....

Bonjour,

Je suis infectée depuis 3 jours par un virus que semble résister à toutes mes tentatives de suppression.... Je suis passée par ce forum pour l'éliminer... et hier tout semblait être rentré dans l'ordre.... Eh ben non!!!..... en l'allumant ce matin rebelotte..... Les foutus Antivirus system pro, windows security alert, spyware alert, pages web porno, etc,etc.....se remettent en route et me bloque tout en qq minutes. Je ne peut ouvrir aucun programme.... bref, c'est la cata..... Help!!!
Y-a-til quelqu'un pour me filer un ptit coup de main??

Bonjour,

rst ce que ceci voudrait bien s'exécuter :

1. Télécharge The Avenger par Swandog46 sur le Bureau

Clique sur Avenger.zip pour ouvrir le fichier
Extraire avenger.exe sur le bureau

2. Copier tout le texte en gras ci-dessous : mettre en surbrillance et appuyer sur les touches(Ctrl+C):

Begin copying here:

Files to delete:
%System%\b5hcwG1.exe
%System%\wincom32.ini
%System%\wincom32.sys

Drivers to delete:
wincom32

# Drivers to disable:
wincom32


Registry keys to delete:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_WINCOM32
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\wincom32

Ferme toutes les applications et ton navigateur

3. Maintenant, lance The Avenger en cliquant sur son icône du bureau.

Vérifie que la case devant "Automatically disable any rootkits found" n'est pas cochée.


Cclique sur l'icone de droite (en rose et bleu). Le texte va se copier dans la fenêtre.

Clique sur Execute

4. The Avenger va automatiquement faire ce qui suit:


Il va Re-démarrer le système.
Pendant le re-démarrage, il apparaitra brièvement une fenêtre de commande de windows noire sur le bureau, ceci est NORMAL.
Après le re-démarrage, il crée un fichier log qui s'ouvrira, faisant apparaitre les actions exécutées par The Avenger. Ce fichier log se trouve ici : C:\avenger.txt
The Avenger aura également sauvegardé tous les fichiers, etc., que tu lui as demandé de supprimer, les aura compactés (zipped) et tranféré l'archive zip ici C:\avenger\backup.zip.

5. Pour finir copier/coller le contenu du ficher c:\avenger.txt dans ta réponse

Rends toi sur ce site :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier : C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Besitzer\Lokale Einstellungen\Anwendungsdaten\ivrmen\friysysguard.exe
Clique sur Send File.

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copie le dans ta réponse.

Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, cliquer sur le bouton Reanalyse le fichier maintenant

(*) : si tu ne trouves pas le fichier en question, affiche tous les fichiers/dossiers :

[*]Démarrer, Poste de travail ou autre dossier, Menu Outils, Option des dossiers, onglet Affichage :
[*]Cocher la case : Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
[*]Décocher la case : Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
[*]Décocher la case : Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation
[*]cliquer sur "Appliquer"
[*]cliquer sur le bouton "Appliquer à tous les dossiers" / OK

SmitfraudFix ne permet pas de supprimer ces rogues ?

Salut,

On va analyser ton PC :

• Télécharge RSIT de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

• Sous XP : Double clique sur RSIT.exe
• Sous Vista/7 : Fais un clic droit sur RSIT.exe et sélectionne "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

• Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence en cliquant sur le bouton accept.

• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés.

▲ Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans C:\rsit\info.txt et C:\rsit\log.txt

Salut,

Le deuxième (log.txt) n'est pas complet.
Tu n'as apparemment pas accepté l'installation de HijackThis.
Relance RSIT et accepte bien le téléchargement et la licence de HijackThis (désactive ton pare feu si besoin)

Je vais réessayer mais...... ce virus bloque tout..... je ne peux pas désactiver le pare feu, et je pense que hijackthis ne s'est pas installé pour la même raison!...

Bon, d'après ce que tu as décris, tu as des rogues.

Note : Les rogues sont proposés en téléchargement suite à l'affichage de fausses alertes d'infection.
Ces fausses alertes t'incitent à télécharger et surtout acheter un antivirus/spyware fictif.
Fais attention à ne pas cliquer sur les différentes pop up de publicité qui peuvent s'ouvrir et sache qu'un logiciel de protection ne s'installe jamais tout seul.

• Télécharge Smitfraudfix (de S!Ri) sur ton Bureau

• Sous XP : Double clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe
• Sous Vista/7 : Fais un clic droit sur SmitfraudFix.exe et sélectionne "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

• Appuie sur une touche dans la fenêtre d'avertisement

• Choisis l'option "Recherche" en appuyant sur la touche 1 et valide avec la touche Entrée

• Patiente pendant que l'outil travaille

• A la fin du scan un rapport va s'ouvir, copie/colle le dans ta réponse

• Appuie sur la touche Q pour quitter l'outil

▲ Le rapport est sauvegardé dans C:\rapport.txt

Télécharge cet outil de SiRi:

http://siri.urz.free.fr/RHosts.php

Double cliquer dessus pour l'exécuter

et cliquer sur " Restore original Hosts "

Lance Malwarebytes en doublant cliquant sur l'cône sur tin Bureau

Mets le à jour en te rendant dans l'onglet Mise à jour.

7) Reviens dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter une analyse rapide" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

11) MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

13) Poste le rapport dans ta réponse

Double clique sur le raccourci ZHPDiag sur ton Bureau.

/|\ l'outil a créé 2 icônes ZHPDiag et ZHPFix.

Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.

Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.

Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.


Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien :

Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le répertoire où est installé ZHPDiag (en général C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag).

Sélectionne le fichier ZHPDiag.txt.

tu as pris le rapport de MBAM avant de tout mettre en quarantaine ?

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton Bureau .

• Choisis l'option " 1 " (Recherche) et clique sur [Entrée]

• Laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

encore un peu de nettoyage.

Ouvre le fichier.

Copie dans le Presse-papier son contenu (sélectionne le avec la souris et fais simultanément Ctrl et C)

Déconnecte toi d'Internet et ferme toutes les applications ouvertes.


Pour Xp : Double clique sur l'icône ZHPFix.exe sur ton Bureau.

Clique successivement sur l'icône H (pour effacer le rapport qui s'est affiché) puis sur l'icône de la malette cachée par la feuille.

Vérifie que toutes les lignes que je t'ai demandé de copier (et seulement elles) sont dans la fenêtre.

Clique sur OK, ce qui fait apparaître un carré à gauche de chaque ligne.

Clique sur "Tous" puis sur "Nettoyer".

Laisse l'outil travailler.

Si il te demande de redémarrer l'ordi pour achever le nettoyage, fais le immmédiatement.

Le rapport d'exécution va apparaître dans la fenêtre.

Copie le dans ta réponse.

Ben écoute.... le problème semble avoir été résolu car il n'y a plus aucune fenêtre qui s'ouvre, ni faux anti-virus qui s'exécute, ni rien..... Qu'en penses-tu??

je voulais seulement avoir confirmation car je ne vois plus rien sur les rapports (après la dernière malip avec ZHPFix).

On a encore un peu de travail.

Réouvre MBAM, va dans le dossierQuarantaine et vide le.

Pour Xp : Double clique sur l'icône ZHPFix.exe sur ton Bureau.

Clique sur le A rouge (Nettoyeur de Tools).

Clique sur Nettoyer.

Fais redémarrer l'ordi pour terminer le nettoyage.

Lors de l'installation:

● Avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires" sauf les 2 premières.

En particulier, n'installe pas la barre Yahoo.

● Décocher dans le menu Options - sous-menu Avancé :
Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures .

! déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

● va dans "Nettoyeur" : fais "Analyse" puis "Nettoyage"
● va dans "Registre" : fais "Chercher les erreurs" et "Réparer toutes les erreurs"
( plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y est plus d'erreur ) .

Accepte la proposition de sauvegarder le registre avant.

( CCleaner : soft à garder sur son PC , très utile pour de bons nettoyages une fois par semaine... ) .

Tu fermes la fenêtre.

Dans un deuxième temps, tu le suis pour réactiver la restauration.

Ceci recréé automatiquement un point de restauration daté de l"heure de la réactivation.

Mets à jour ta Console java :

Télécharge JavaRa.zip de Paul McLain et Fred de Vries.

* Décompresse le fichier sur le Bureau (Clic droit > Extraire tout).
* Double-clique sur le répertoire JavaRa.
* Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le exe peut ne pas s'afficher).
* Choisis Français puis clique sur Select.
* Clique sur Recherche de mises à jour.
* Sélectionne Mettre à jour via jucheck.exe puis clique sur Rechercher.
* Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il le demande, clique sur Installer et suis les instructions d'installation qui prennent quelques minutes.
* L'installation est terminée, reviens à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Effacer les anciennes versions.
* Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. Laisse travailler et clique ensuite sur OK, puis une deuxième fois sur OK.
* Un rapport va s'ouvrir. Poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.
* Ferme l'application.

Note : le rapport se trouve aussi dans C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log.
