UC à 100% mais tous les processus a 0% ..

Salut,

J'ai un probleme particulierement gênant, mon UC est utilisée à 100%..et ca ralentit vachement.
Mais c'est pire que certains cas, parce que dans le gestionnaire de tâche, tout est à 0 en processeur, belle contradiction, le processus inactif du systeme est à 0 aussi. On se demande pourquoi l'UC est a 100% utilisée :/

Ca arrive apres un certain temps, quand je lance quelques programmes, ou que j'ai un certain nombre de fenetres ouvertes en meme temps.
Desfois dans le gestionnaire de tâche, firefox.exe et msnmsgr.exe se battaient en duel pour avoir 99% de l'uc, donc ca faisait un coup l'un avait 99 et l'autre 0, puis l'inverse, et parfois un autre processus qui s'mettait a 99% aussi avant de redescendre a 0% la seconde même.
Desfois tout a 0% ..

Ca allait pas tres tres vite avant, mais je crois (je suis pu sûr car je me rappelle pas avoir vérifié l'UC avant) que ce probleme survient depuis mon changement de carte mere. Elle avait lâché alors j'ai été la faire changer, et on ma fait une restauration systeme.
Et c'est là que j'ai bien remarqué les ralentissements, et l'UC a 100%.

J'ai désinstallé les programmes susceptibles d'entrer en conflit, notament firefox et windows live messenger, vu les bizarreries de leurs processus. Mais toujours pareil.
J'ai fais des scans avec : avast (planifié au demarrage), spybot s&d, ad-aware, CCleaner.
Ainsi qu'un log hijackthis.
Ben tout etait niquel, pas le moindre probleme, mais le probleme de l'UC continuait.

Niveau protection permanente, j'avais Avast! et Zone Alarm Pro, mais le seul conflit c'est pour le bouclier web d'avast! lors de l'installation, probleme reglé depuis ... 2 ans :]


J'ai ensuite pensé que c'etait dû au fait qu'avec la restauration syteme, j'ai un windows de 2.5 ans sur une carte mere neuve, et que c'etait la cause des probleme.
Du coup j'ai formaté mon pc, mais le probleme persiste, sauf que ce coup là, c'est toujours tous les processus a 0%.
J'ai les memes protections permanentes.
Le probleme arrive toujours quand je fais plusieurs choses a la fois, generalement j'ai quelques convers msn, firefox, j'ouvre une autre application, et là ca commence ; dés qu'on tire un peu sur le processeur, il reste a 100% utilisé.

Apres poste dans le forum hardware (ben a vrai dire je me demandais si c'etait pas mon processeur qui etait a moitié mort) on m'a orienté plutot vers le côté "sécurité", donc je pose le problème ici aussi.

J'ai utilisé DarkSpy qui n'a trouvé aucun processus caché, j'ai aussi fait un log Silent Runners que voici :
