Bonjour, 

Bonjour et merci de bien vouloir m'aider !

Mon ordi rame sur internet et pour les téléchargements ou transferts de données... Je pense qu'il est certainement infecté. Pourtant mon antivirus, ad-aware, spybots ne me trouvent rien ! 

J'ai l'impression que c'est de pire en pire ! Merci de me dire ce que je dois faire ...

Bonjour, 
je ne peut pas te dire que ton PC a tel probleme ou tel. Mais moi à ta palce je mettrais mon antivirus  à jour (de mm que ad-aware et spybot). ensuite un scan avec ces trois logi puis une annalyse avec Ccleaner. tu doit également procéder à une défragmentation.
Maitenant manuellement suprimer vidé les dossiers Temp, Historique et Tempory Internet files (C:\Documents and settings\TonNomd'Utilisateur\Localt settings\). Au finsh dans l'invite de commande; tu tape le commande CHKDSK pour corriger les éventuelles erreur sur ton disque dur.
Et ton PC sera NEWWW.

Merci hubertaaz pour ton lien. 

Avant de poster les log HiJackThis et SmitfraudFix, j'avais d'abord lancer CCleaner, Ad-Aware, Spybot et mon antivirus.

J'attends donc quelqu'un pour me dire si mes rapports sont bons ou pas et si je peux fixer sans détruire de bons fichiers... 

Merci d'avoir répondu et pris de ton temps. C'est cool d'avoir du soutien ou une aide lorsqu'on n'est pas expert en info ... !!

Merci revolution01 pour ton mail.

Comme tu peux lire plus haut j'ai déjà fait des scan avec ccleaner, ad aware, spybot et avg... mis à jours... mais rien, apparemment ! Car sur internet les pages se chargent très très lentement ! je m'endors presque !! sans rire ! t'imagine à quel point ca peut mettre les nerfs ??

Ce que je n'avais pas pensé c'est effectivement faire une défragmentation et aller dans l'invite de commande pour checker mon disque dur et corriger les erreurs.

Merci pour ces renseignements ! j'espère que ca suffira...  !

Salut Erik,

Comme je l'ai signalé plus haut je ne suis pas un spécialiste en matière de sécurité.
Personnellement je ne vois rien de sérieux dans ton log Hijackthis.
Il y a cependant 2 lignes que tu peux fixer : les 2 premières qui suivent. En ce qui concerne la 3e il s'agit d'un programme inconnu à toi de voir.

Voici les 3 lignes en question :

Un scan bitdefender en ligne ne serait pas superflu mais je pense que se serait un logiciel téléchargé recemment qui pourrait générer le ralentissement ou la toolbar que tu dois fixer.

Je voulais te donner une information supplémentaire.  
Bien que SmitfraudFix me soit totalement inconnu, j'ai lu sur un forum CCM que le processus winint.exe qui figure en2e ligne de ton scan révèle un risque de sécurité potentiel.
Tiens moi au courant de l'évolution.

Merci pour tes conseils.

Je galère trop et personne d'expert en hijackthis ou smitfraudfix pour me dire ce que je peux fixer ou pas.
Ma connection internet est perturbée, le chargement des pages très ralenti, l'exécution ou le téléchargement quasiment impossible... ca devient vraiment vraiment galère ! :-((

Tous les scan (antitvirus, adaware, spybot, ccleaner, vista dual scan) semblent bons pourtant !
Je suis allé dans l'invite de commande : chkdsk et là aussi tout semble ok ... il ne propose pas de réparer quoique ce soit !

Je regrette parfois de pas être informaticien !!! ;-)

Tu peux franchement fixer sans risques les 2 lignes que je t'indique dans le poste 6.
Je vois que ton système d'exploitation est Vista, de combien de mémoire Ram dispose-tu? As-tu au moins 1 giga?

J'espère aussi que quelqu'un de spé m'aidera bientôt... car en plus je n'arrive donc plus à avoir accès à internet de chez moi (très très difficile, de plus en plus)... donc je suis obligé de demander de l'aide via mon poste au staff via commentcamarche et de faire ensuite les aller retour avec mon poste de la maison !!!
