Il n'y a que des restes à priori.
YTDownloader tu peux le désinstaller "normalement".
Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST.
Tu peux t'inspirer de cette note explicative avec des captures d'écran pour t'aider: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-farbar-recovery-scan-tool-frst/#fix
Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R, dans le champs executer, tape notepad et OK.
Copie/colle dedans ce qui suit :

Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.
Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.
Redémarre l'ordinateur

Pas de problème, y avait que des restes sur rapport FRST.
Donc normalement c'est bon.
Si le dossier C:\Program Files (x86)\YTDownloader\ existe encore, supprime le.

Dans ce cas, c'est parfait. Je te remercie grandement.
D'ailleurs étant donné ton efficacité, je me permettrai si c'est possible de venir t'ennuyer à nouveau, ayant deux autres PCs pour lesquels je n'ai jamais fait ce type de diagnostics (depuis plus de 4 ans).

Tu peux scanner C:\Program Files (x86)\Achiwa\achiwant.exe sur https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ et donner le lien du scan ici ?

Ok, je vais essayer de faire ça.
En attendant, achiwa, c'est un petit logiciel qui permet de savoir quels sont les pcs/périphériques connectés sur le réseau perso. J'avais quelques problèmes de débits à un moment, et j'ai voulu vérifier si quelqu'un squattait mon wifi. J'avais un doute, mais apparemment, j'ai un peu psychoté.
