Impossible de reactiver mon pare feu

Bonjour,

j'ai installé le pack securité sfr sur mon pc bureau et mon pc portable.

je constate que sur mon pc bureau mon pare feu est desactivé et il est impossible de le réactiver alors que son mon pc portable il est bien activé.

sur mon pc portable le pack securité me dit que mon pc est bien protégé alors que sur le pc bureau il me dit qu'il n'est pas protégé.

j'aimerais savoir comment reglé ce problème et surtout savoir si mon pc bureau est bien protégé!!!!!!!

mon pc signale l'erreur 0x6D9

Télécharge Farbar Service Scanner sur ton Bureau.

>> Coche les cases suivantes :

Internet Services
Windows Firewall
System Restore
Security Center
Windows Update
Windows Defender
Others Services

>> Clique sur "Scan".
>> Un rapport FSS.txt est crée dans le dossier où se trouve l'outil.

Héberge le rapport sur https://www.cjoint.com/ et donne le lien obtenu

demarrer , programmes , accessoires , invité de commandes => clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur

dans la fenêtre noire colle ca :

fais entrée , et redemarre la machine

j'ai vrifié si wmi etait dans les services msc il y a rien et j'ai retenté d'activer le pare feu mais toujours rien
