Probleme pop-up

Bonjour, a tous alors voila ma mère possède un pc portable Packard Bell avec windows vista dessus alors voila depuis quelqu'un temps de pop-up fenêtre pub proposition de scan anti virus et tout apparaisse sans arrêt quand elle surf sur le web alors après lui avoir fait un bon petit nettoyage avec spybot et ad ware + ccleaner et fait un scan anti-virus donc la total j'installe la bar google pour bloquer les pop-up malgré cella les pub continue donc voila je ne sais plus quoi faire

les pub apparaisse sur IE comme sur firefox donc voila j'ai fait un scan Hijackthis donc voila si quelqu'un a une solution je suis preneur merci a la personne qui me repondra
