Touché par Trojan.win32.agent.gam

Bonjour,

J'ai découvert par A-Squared que le Trojan.win32.agent.gam a touché le fichier: C:\windows\sytem32\chckshll.dll.
A- Squared me l'a mis en quarantaine (demande de ma part).

A noter que j'ai passé mon UC avec:

Ad ware (pas vu)
Malwares
trojan reminder

Seul trojan découvert à ce jour (çà fait des petits, çà?????)

La conséquence: plus de lecteur de Cd ni de graveur DVD: impossible d'installation les pilotes. Toujours le code 39

En clair grosse galère

Que dois je faire??

Salut,

1) colle le dernier rapport de malwarebytes antimalware

2) installe Hijackthis et fais un scan. Colle le rapport ici

Tu as manifestement mal utilisé le logiciel

1) fais les mises à jour de MBAM

2) démarre en mode sans échec

Démarrer en mode sans échec avec : Windows XP

N'utilisez cette méthode (avec la touche F8) que si Windows XP est le seul système d'exploitation installé sur votre ordinateur.

* 1/ Redémarrez l’ordinateur. L'ordinateur commence le traitement d'instructions connues sous le nom Basic Input/Output System (BIOS). L'affichage dépend du fabricant du BIOS. Certains ordinateurs affichent une barre de progression faisant référence à BIOS, d'autres peuvent ne pas indiquer le processus en cours de réalisation.
* 2/ A la fin du chargement du BIOS, commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8 de votre clavier (ou F5 si F8 ne fonctionne pas). Procédez ainsi jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse. Si vous commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8 trop tôt, il est possible que certains ordinateurs affichent le message "erreur clavier". Pour résoudre ce problème, redémarrez l'ordinateur et essayez de nouveau.
* 3/ En utilisant les flèches de votre clavier, sélectionnez "Mode sans échec" dans le menu puis appuyez sur Entrée.

3) Fais un examen complet

4) A la fin du scan, fais supprimer sélection

5) colle le rapport ici

Ps: je ne suis pas une flèche en info d'ou le fait de ne pas avoir vu pour les fichiers infectés

il s'agit probablement d'un faux positif de Avast.

Je te conseille d'ailleurs de le désinstaller http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055246 utilitaire de desinstallation de avast

au profit d'antivir
https://www.malekal.com/avira-free-security-antivirus-gratuit/

A la fin, tu peux faire un scan avec antivir et coller le rapport ici

Ok pour le téléchargement de ZA
Installation impossible de ZA CAR que le Pc en rade n'a plus de connection. Je travaille avec un autre Pc qui a une connexion. Donc tous les transferts en clé USB.
Précision: la carte (ASROCK K7S41) ne reconnait que les ports USB, port lecteur disquette, port lecteur ZIP. Pas le reste. (cD et DVD) Connection WIFI avec clé Sagem (toujours installation incomplète) (affichage rond jaune avec point d'exclamation)

Ma question : comment je fais pour ZA?
