Bonsoir voila j ai voulu installer un patch de "Kaspersky".Mon probleme c est que le patch est en cours dexecution mais ne s arrete plus.Meme quand je vais dans le gestionnaire des tache le processus veut pas s arreter est bien sur quand je fais un clic droit impossible d ouvrir l emplacemment etc...Pouvez m aider parce que j en ai marre de voir le sablier.Jai essayer la restauration sans succes.SVP repondez moi .

ok pas cool le patch

relance hijackthis fait un scan seul

puis coche les lignes la

ensuite tu fixe

en deux
telecharge avast antivirus il est gratuit et aussi efficace
lance un scan complet de ton ordi

puis telecharge spyware terminator
lance une analyse complete

puis un coup de nettoyage telecharge ccleaner

lance le nettoyage et le registre

pour finir relance hijackthis et renvoi un scan

Cest bon resolus je suis aller dans :\Windows\System32\BTCPatcher.exe je les renomer ,ensuite j aipu l arrete dans le gestionnaire des tache s puis je l ai effacer merci beaucoup net forum c est grasse a toi est bonne soiree tous le monde j aisommeil

- déactive ta restauration système.

- redémarre en mode sans echec(F8)

- Ctrl+Alt+Sup...Application..."Fin de täche"

-- ensuite:

- fais un scanne avec ton antivirus+antispyware(fait une mise à jour avant)

déactive ta restauration système.

Il est déconseillé vivement de faire désactiver la restauration en
début de nettoyage : il vaut mieux une restauration infectée que
pas du tout, s'il y a un probleme ou une erreur de commise, pas moyen de revenir en arrière
