Problème installation .NET Framework

Bonjour,

Cela fait longtemps que j'essaye d'installer .NET Framework 4 mais à chaque fois ça ne marche pas, j'ai essayé de le télécharger a différents endroits Microsoft, Clubic..Je le lançais en tant qu'administrateur, j'ai essayé de changer le mode de compatibilité mais ça ne marche pas...
Il y a marqué :
