Quels logiciels supprimer ?

Bonjour,
je voudrais alleger mon pc qui n'est pas tout neuf ( hp compaq 6715s). Pour se faire j'aurais besoin de vos avis. Quels logiciels facultatifs dans cette liste ( faites via Ccleaner) puis-je supprimer sans qu'il n'y ai d'incident sur le système ?
