trop de pop up pourquoi ?Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps, mon pc est envahi de pop up et je ne sais pas pourquoi. J'ai avira antivir comme antivirus mais je n'arrive pas à le paramétrer pour ce problème.

Peut-être que quelque chose a réussi à passer mais dans ce cas là que faire si mon antivirus ne me le signale pas ?

Pourriez-vous me donner un coup de main pour me débarrasser de ses cochonneries ?

bonjour

1)bien configurer antivir.configuration puis mode expert a cocher puis dans scanner et recherche , cocher tout les fichiers ainsi que analyse de rootkit et priorite de scanner eleve.lance un scan apres mise a jour et colle moi le rapport que tu obtiens.


2)si c est toujours pareil passe cela.
on va analyser ton pc.

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

-> http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .

-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .

* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months

* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...


-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...


Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).

Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum


( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )

pour voir télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.


déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

ton pc doit de sentir bien mieux maintenant passe cela pour enlever des traces si il en reste.
passe cet antimalware, fait comme indique
Telecharges malwaresbytes antimalwares(MBAM) : egalement tres util sur pb de pub mais pas tous malheureusement

ton probleme est resolu mais il y a de nombreux point sur lesquelles tu pourrais ameliorer la securite de ton ordi.
si cela t interesse . fait signe.

pourquoi?
voila ce qui arrive tres souvent:

on desinfecte et la personne revient quelques temps apres et entre temps elle a rechoppee des merdes, parceque son systeme de securite est rester le meme donc on passe du temps pour rien.
si cela t interesse de revenir moin souvent pour une infection fait signe.

autre chose(ce n est pas une critique envers toi) il faut reflechir avant de cliquer et pas l inverse. 

aussi eviter les cracks.

en effet, j'aimerai bien évité que cela se reproduise mais je ne sais pas comment faire alors tes conseils sont les bienvenus.

ensuite que dois-je faire des logiciels que tu m'a fait télécharger : rsit ; combofix, malwarebytes...

fait cela:garde malwarebyte seulement le 1) va enlever ce que je t ai fait telecharger.

1)Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.(pour enlever ce que je t ai fait telecharger comme fix)

# Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir ...
# Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
# Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
# Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
# Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).


ensuite :

Clic sur "démarrer", cliques droit sur "poste de travail", "propriétés", onglet "restauration du système"

¤ coche la case "désactiver la Restauration du systéme sur tous les lecteurs", puis clic sur "appliquer"
¤ décoche la case et clic sur "appliquer" puis "ok".

Maintenant, que l'ont à effacés les point infectés, nous allons créer un point propre:

Clic sur "démarrer", "tous les programmes", "accessoires", "outils système", "restauration du système", choisis "créer un point de restauration" nommes le " ccm" par exemple, cliques sur "créer" puis "ok".
Voilà, maintenant le point de restauration est créé. Si un jour tu décides tu pourras revenir en arrière à la date créée.

2)pare-feu gratuits:regle un seul pare feu sur un ordi.telecharge un des suivants ensuite deconnecte toi.
puis desactive le pare feu windows(aller dans le centre de securite puis pare feu windows et la desactive le)
puis installe celui de ton choix.

je te conseille un des 2(en anglais mais simple avec le tuto qui est donne)

3)passe a mozilla 3.5 au lieu d internet explorer car c est bien plus sur.

surtout NO SCRIPT(arrete les programmes  java et adobe automatiquement,empeche des infections par script 
donc il faut autoriser pour certains de tes sites pour pouvoir lire des textes ou des video)

4)pour enlever les fichiers temporaires

a passer tout les 15 jours a peu pres.

• Télécharger CCLeaner et l'installer sur le bureau en refusant l'installation de la barre Yahoo.

• Lancer CCLeaner
S'il n'est pas en Français cliquer sur Options, Setting, Language
et sélectionner Français
• cocher dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Windows :
Internet Explorer: Fichiers Internet Temporaires, Cookies
• Système: Vider la Poubelle, Fichiers Temporaires, Presse-papiers
• Avancé: Vieilles données du Prefetch
• Décocher dans le menu Options - sous-menu Avancé :
Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures
• Cocher dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Applications : Internet: Sun Java
• Cocher , si cela est possible, dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Applications :
Firefox/Mozilla: Cache Internet, Cookies
• Click sur Analyse
• Click sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage dans le menu Nettoyeur.
• Click sur Registre
• Sélectionner tout
• Click sur Chercher des erreurs (En bas)

Une fois le scan terminé sélectionner tout
• Click sur Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées




5)merci de dire cela a tes amis ,surtout pour mozilla et le pare feu , le fait de rester avec le pare feu de windows et cela peut importe l antivirus fait que les infections se produisent, c est le point commun de quasiment touts les ordi infectes.+ de 95%.
on ne voit quasiment jamais un ordi avec un bon pare feu a desinfecter.

Mais pb avec Facebook. Pourquoi n'ai-je plus accès à toutes les applications malgré le fait que j'ai autorisé les javascript pour ce site ?

alors la pas d idee , avec facebook pas de soucis de mon cote mais je n accepte pas tout ce que l on m offre , c est pour faire des bases de donnees.
tu as acceptes temporairement la page ou bien toute la page?si c est temporaire il faut alors accepter toute la page.

sinon essaye avec internet explorer.
