Virus win32:spyware-gen , a l'aide !

Bonjour,
Voila,
J'aurais besoin d'aide car Avast détecte sur mon ordinateur win32:trojan-gen{other} et win32:spyware-gen (trj) mais n'arrive pas à les enlever de façon définitive. pourriez vous m'aider SVP? merci d'avance.

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

-> http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .

-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .

* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months

* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...


-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...


Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).

Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum


( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )

Tant qu'on croira toutes les âneries qu'on peut nous raconter,on continuera d'aller droit dans le mur.

tu as comodo tres bien.mais j ai l impression que tu as la version avec l antivirus d integre et tu as avast egalement , il ne faut qu un seul antivirus et un seul pare feu sur un pc.
enleve l antivirus de comodo , mais le mieux serait d enlever les 2 pour mettre antivir qui est plus performant.

concernant les infections(c est tres rare de voir quelqu un avec comodo ayant une infection) fait bien attention a ce que tu autorises par l intermediaire de comodo il t evite de nombreuses infections.

passe cela
--> Télécharge UsbFix (de Chiquitine29) sur ton Bureau.
http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/127028005715545653/UsbFix.exe


--> Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, carte SD, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Clique droit sur le raccourci UsbFix situé sur ton Bureau et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

--> Choisis l'option 1 (recherche).

--> Le PC va redémarrer.

--> Après redémarrage, poste le rapport UsbFix.txt

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque.

(Si le Bureau ne réapparaît pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr, Onglet "Fichier", "Nouvelle tâche", tape explorer.exe et valide)


refais pareil mais en option 2 apres colle le rapport que tu obtiens.

je n'ai pas l'antivirus Comodo mais seulement le pare-feu. et avant Comodo je me servais seulement du pare-feu Windows.

tu peux faire cela pour ameliorer tes defences.


1)pour enlever les fichiers temporaires

a passer tout les 15 jours a peu pres.

• Télécharger CCLeaner et l'installer sur le bureau en refusant l'installation de la barre Yahoo.
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/5647-ccleaner/

• Fermer toutes les applications
• Lancer CCLeaner
S'il n'est pas en Français cliquer sur Options, Setting, Language
et sélectionner Français
• cocher dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Windows :
Internet Explorer: Fichiers Internet Temporaires, Cookies
• Système: Vider la Poubelle, Fichiers Temporaires, Presse-papiers
• Avancé: Vieilles données du Prefetch
• Décocher dans le menu Options - sous-menu Avancé :
Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures
• Cocher dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Applications : Internet: Sun Java
• Cocher , si cela est possible, dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Applications :
Firefox/Mozilla: Cache Internet, Cookies
• Click sur Analyse
• Click sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage dans le menu Nettoyeur.
• Click sur Registre
• Sélectionner tout
• Click sur Chercher des erreurs (En bas)

Une fois le scan terminé sélectionner tout
• Click sur Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées




2)CES 2 PROGRAMMES DOIVENT RESTER A JOUR
ensuite désinstal java car pas a jours et telecharge et instal cette version :

ensuite si c est la version gratuite désinstal adobe reader car pas a jours et telecharge et instal cette version :

https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/




3)pour les malware, trojan, tu as celui ci de tres efficace , ne te defend pas en temps reel en gratuit et pas les mise a jour automatique mais il est tres efficace et pour l instant est tres populaire.

salut! malwarebytes ne trouve aucune infection mais avast en trouve encore ds le system volume information.

ok on va faire le necessaire surtout ne fait pas de restauration systeme.

Clic sur "démarrer", cliques droit sur "poste de travail", "propriétés", onglet "restauration du système"

¤ coche la case "désactiver la Restauration du systéme sur tous les lecteurs", puis clic sur "appliquer"
¤ décoche la case et clic sur "appliquer" puis "ok".

Maintenant, que l'ont à effacés les point infectés, nous allons créer un point propre:

Clic sur "démarrer", "tous les programmes", "accessoires", "outils système", "restauration du système", choisis "créer un point de restauration" nommes le " ccm" par exemple, cliques sur "créer" puis "ok".
Voilà, maintenant le point de restauration est créé. Si un jour tu décides tu pourras revenir en arrière à la date créée.
