Bonjour,
on m'a dit de poster mon problème ici pour savoir si je n'aurais pas de virus qui empécherai l'activation de mon centre de sécurité
voir mon post  mis dans le forum "windows" pour comprendre

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

essaie ceci:  aller dans panneau de configuration,outils d administrations,cliquer sur services,aller sur centre de sécurité et mettre type de démarrage automatique et ensuite démarrer.

ok alors faut-il faire ceci ; Il existe une méthode générique qui fonctionne avec la plupart des services : Si votre souci concerne le service de transfert intelligent en arrière-plan la clé à ouvrir sera donc celle-ci : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BITS\Parameters si oui je dois faire quoi dans les paramétres ?? a+
