Essaie ceci sous Internet Explorer:
Outils/ Options Internet/ Supprimer... / Tout supprimer/ Cocher "supprimer également les fichiers et paramètres stockés par les modules complémentaires" et valider.

Bonjour
Merci de m'avoir répondu.
J'ai fait la manip suivie d'un nouvel essai de telechargement qui malheureusement s'est terminé de la même façon. J'en essaie un second, mais je crains fort que le problème ne soit pas résolu.

Hum. Vérifions d'abord qu'il te le fait systématiquement pour tous les fichiers: Télécharge CCleaner ici: https://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ (bouton download latest version en haut à gauche). Est-ce que c'est bon ou pas?

Le télechargement de CCleaner se termine de la même façon .."setup files corrupted ...."

Dans un autre ordre d'idées: As-tu la possibilité de télécharger des fichiers (2ème PC) et de les transférer (clef USB, par exemple) sur le PC qui ne veut pas télécharger? Têtre il s'agit d'un malware, il faudra faire quelques vérifications.

Bon, encore un essai, sorry. S'il s'avère OK, ceci nous permettra de s'affranchir du transfert de fichiers ultérieur entre les 2 PC.

Sur le 1er PC: télécharge à nouveau CCleaner (lien ci-dessus), mais au moment de l'enregistrement (il te demande le nom), précise ccsetup214.aaa à la place de ccsetup214.exe (autrement dit, tu changes l'extension). Si pas de message d'erreur au chargement: regarde ce tuto https://astwinds.pagesperso-orange.fr/astuces/fichiers_caches.html et décoche la case "Masquer les extensions dont le type est connu". Par la suite, dans l'explorateur Windows, rechange l'extension du fichier de aaa vers exe. Si tu lances maintenant ccsetup214.exe, est-ce qu'il s'exécute?

S'il s'exécute, il y a uniquement interception au téléchargement par rapport à l'extension .exe. S'il ne s'exécute pas, il y a égelement corruption de contenu pour les exécutables indépendamment de l'extension.

Le téléchargement de CCleaner m'amène à un fichier nommé "rminstall.exe" et non "ccsetup214". A priori, je n'ai pas la main non plus sur l'extension.

Lorsque tu cliques sur le lien "DownloadDownload Latest Version" en haut à droite sur cette page https://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ il te propose un rmiinstall.exe??? Zarbi, tout ça.

Va sur le 2ème PC, télécharge hijackthis, transfère-le sur le 1er, exécute-le et poste un rapport ici. Tu as un tuto par là: http://www.libellules.ch/poster_log_hijackthis.php

Filehippo propose un fichier FHSetup.exe C''est le premier que tu m'avais proposé qui amenait sur rmintall.exe Excuse moi, je m'y perds. Mais je n'ai toujours pas la main sur l'extension.

Mmmm, si tu regardes avec attention mes deux liens, ils sont strictement identiques. Donc pas de raison pour avoir un nom de fichier exe différent à chaque fois. Et le nom du fichier devrait être ccsetup214.exe

OK, il y a du boulot. Mais moi j'ai faim ... :-)

Si tu veux faire qq chose d'utile entre temps:
- charge MBAM, transfère-le sur le PC infecté, execute-le et supprime tout ce qu'il te trouve. Tuto par ici: http://www.infos-du-net.com/forum/278396-11-tuto-malwarebytes-anti-malware-mbam
- reviens avec 2 rapports: celui de MBAM et un nouveau hijackthis.

Le logiciel MBAM a détecté 16 fichiers infectés. Mais je ne connais pas ce logiciel. Où le fichier a t-il été transféré (en consutant la liste il n'y est pas) et comment faire pour les supprimer ?

J'espère que tu n'as pas fermé MBAM, sinon il faudra recommencer le scan. Une fois qu'il finit l'examen, tu peux consulter les infections et tu peux tout supprimer (tu as un bouton spécifique). Lis bien dans le tuto ci-dessus, c'est expliqué.

Une fois qu'il supprime, il va les mettre en quarantaine. Il faudra vider la quarantaine par la suite; mais poste d'abord son rapport avant de vider la quarantaine.

Je peux supprimer la sélection pour effacer les fichiers infectés, mais il n'y a rien dans le volet "rapports" bien que j'ai actionné la touche "enregistrer"
Est-ce que ja fais la suppression quand même ?

OK, ça avance. Maintenant refais la même manip en mode sans échec (un scan complet MBAM). Supprime les infections qu'il te trouve (si c'est la cas) et vide à nouveau sa quarantaine.

Redémarre en mode normal et reposte un rapport hijackthis.

Ben nan, pas tout à fait: tu as un nombre important d'applications lanées en auto, il y a encore des soucis.

Notamment avec ce fichier:
c:\users\jcc cfdt\appdata\local\akwwikc.exe. Envoie-le sur virus total pour analyse et dis-moi ce qu'il en est: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

J'ai du mal a identifier le fichier en question mais je le recherche.
Ceci étant j'ai une floppée de fichiers temporaires dans le fichier que tu indiques et j'ai bien envie de tous les supprimer.

Je te propose de te recontacter Mercredi.

OK. Sinon, pour virus total c'est bien simple: une fois la page ouverte, tu cliques sur le bouton browse et dans la fenêtre d'exploration qui s'ouvre tu copies simplement ceci
c:\users\jcc cfdt\appdata\local\akwwikc.exe

C'est le nom du fichier avec le path complet.

Oki pour pour la poursuite plus tard.

OK, on va essayer ceci:

- réouvre hijackthis, cherche et coche ces lignes:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [akwwikc] "c:\users\jcc cfdt\appdata\local\akwwikc.exe" akwwikc

Une fois les lignes cochées, fais fix checked et referme hijackthis

- réouvre MBAM et va sur l'onglet Autres outils. Clique sur le bouton Lancer l'outil. Dans la nouvelle fenêtre fais un copier coller de
c:\users\jcc cfdt\appdata\local\akwwikc.exe
dans la partie "nom du fichier". Clique sur Ouvrir. Valide.
Fais la même chose pour le fichier
C:\Windows\System32\appdrvrem01.exe
Valide et referme MBAM.

- redémarre l'ordi et reposte un rapport hijackthis.

Non, c'est très bien. Tu as maintenant "file missing" <== plus de fichier. Super.

Réouvre hijackthis et coche cette ligne:

fais fix checked et referme hijackthis.

Maintenant refais un test de chargement d'exe. Est-ce que ça marche?

Hum.

Tu as beaucoup de softs inutiles installés. Difficile de dire quel est le coupable.

Ton imprimante: une Epson, une Brother ou une HP? Tu as des choses appartenant aux 3.
Quelle version de Nero?
AVG: acheté, en version d'essai ou la version gratuite?

D'autre part, ton dernier rapport hijackthis est bizarre: le nombre de "running process" est extrêmement réduit. Je te propose de redémarrer le PC et de refaire un rapport. N'ouvre aucune autre application après le démarrage, fais le rapport et poste-le.

Et réponds aux questions ci-dessus.

La ligne

est toujours présente. Est-ce que tu as fait ce que j'avais dit au message 29? Si pas encore fait, fais-le.

Regarde dans ajouter/supprimer des programmes et supprime:
- Tout ce qui est lié à Epson et à Brother
- Asus screen saver protector (pas besoin)
- RealOne player (on ve le remplacer par un alternative plus tard)
- Adobe Reader (il n'est pas à jour)

Fais ceci:
---> Télécharge CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

---> Lance-le. Va dans "Options" puis "Avancé", tu décoches la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc...". Tu vas dans "Nettoyeur", tu fais "Analyse". Une fois terminé, tu lances le nettoyage. Puis tu vas dans "Registre", tu fais "Chercher des erreurs". Une fois terminé, tu répares toutes les erreurs sans sauvegarder la base de registre. Tu répètes plusieurs fois la dernière étape (chercher des erreurs) jusqu'au moment où il ne trouve plus rien.

Relance un scan complet MBAM après la mise à jour de celui-ci. Il me faudra le rapport MBAM (tu le retrouveras dans l'onglet Rapports/Logs de MBAM)

Il y avait en effet beaucoup de fichiers Epson que j'ai supprimés
Par contre la ligne O23 Service Application Driver Auto Removal ..... apparait toujours malgré plusieurs tentatives de suppression

C'est sur quoi j'étais arrivé en lançant Super Anti Spyware. Mais j'ai peut etre fait une mauvaise manip. Je retente à nouveau.

Voila. J'ai enfin réussi a faire une analyse par SuperAntiSpyware.
Je n'ai pas le rapport (ou je ne sais pas comment faire) mais il détecte :
Articles de mémoire détectés : 1

Toutes risques de dommages détectés : 60

Voila. Il m'a placé le tout en quarantaine et me demande de relancer l'ordinateur

Il y avait en effet beaucoup de fichiers Epson encore résidents et que j'ai donc supprimés.
Par contre la ligne 023 Service Application.... est toujours présente malgré plusieurs tentatives de suppression
