Bonjour carmatt,
Fais ce qui suit -- stp
• Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.(sur un des 2 liens)
http://pc-system.fr/
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055291 toolscleaner
• Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
• Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
• Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
• Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
• Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).
C - Ccleaner :
(nettoyeur de registre, cookies+temps+tempos+prefetch+historique+etc.)
* Télécharge CCleaner.
(attention à l'installation penser à DECOCHER l'installation de Yahoo toolbar discrètement proposé en plus de CCleaner).

Veille à ce que le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé.
- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
Clic droit sur l'icône de HJT
L'exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

1° Tu vas désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs.
Dans le Panneau de configuration,
Affichage classique,
Comptes d'utilisateurs,
cliques sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs.
Clique sur Contribuer.
Dans la fenêtre suivante,
décoche Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.
Il te sera demandé de redémarrer.
Arrête ton programme de téléchargement.
2° Télécharge: http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe (de S!Ri Balltrap et Moe)
Toujours charger avant l'utilisation pour profiter des dernières mises à jour.
Lance-le en cliquant sur Smitfraud.exe
Dans la fenêtre bleue, choisis l'option 1 et Entrée
Fais un copier coller du rapport qui s'ouvre dans ta prochaine réponse.
Il se trouve ici C:\ rapport.txt

est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Nettoyage :
Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter.
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

bon &lors j'ai relancer smitfraudfix en mode sans echec, option 2, mais je pense que ca n'a pas marché, tout simplement parce qu'on ne m'a rien demandé (et en plus, une fois lancé, plus rien à l'écran, obligation de faire ctrl+alt+sup!!)

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
► Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Combofix est compatible avec vista, sinon je ne te l'aurai pas fait passer )))
Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):
- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide
"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
