SVP.quelqu un analyser mon rapport HijackThisRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour est-ce que quelqu un aurait bien la getillesse d analyser mon rapport HijackThis et m aider ...j ai un trouble avec un Hijackers Affilated_with_Browser_Hijackers (de niveau grave) chopé dans un jeu téléchargé GOLD MINER VEGAS et je suis pognée avec une m.....de Netcom 3  PC SCANNER et ses tis-amis...Maleureusement comme j y connais rien j ai tout supprimé et je crois que je vais devoir faire un "Reboot" pour pouvoir m en debarasser de Netcom 3 et du Rogue Antispyware.Antispyware_LLC qui m a donné En passant j ai seulement des anti spyware free car ma mère a pas les moyens pour avoir les versions payantes...(hun!)...j ai beau lui dire... mais bon...donc il y a SUPERANTIspyware free edition aussi Spyware Doctor (celle qui détecte mais ne supprime pas) AVG 2007 FREE et Ad-Aware 2007 free edition et Ccleaner pour nettoyer . Comment je peux aider ma mère avec son ordi avec seulement les outils qu elle a ? Si vous voulez m aider de grâce soyer patient car je n avais jamais touché a une ordi de ma vie Ca fait seulement 2 semaines...donc une âme charitable pour l analyse de mes LOG    @ + J ATTENDS DE VOS NOUVELLES    MERCI

Ton rapport hijackthis est bon par contre ta version de java n est pas a jour désinstal la et telecharge le sur ce lien

RE ,j ai un petit soucis j ai enlever JAVA mais est ce que J run time environnement 5.0 up date 10  et ainsi que J run time environnement 5.0  up date 6  sont des composantes de JAVA ? faut y les supprimer aussi   reponds moi apres ca va aller mais la j ai super peur de foutre le bordel dans l ordi plus ki l est là   lol   a bientot

allo c est encore moi peux tu me répondre franchement ? ca l air à ça parce qu a date y a juste toi qui m as vraiment aidé...bon ya quelqu un qui m a aidé hier et apres avoir téléchargé combofix y a entré un trojan mais la il a comme disparu   spyware doctor le trouve plus mais la personne qui m a aidé me demande de re téléchargé combofix aisi qu un cfscript qu i l a mis la pour moi il m a dit qu il n y avait pas de probleme....mais si c est comme hier? alors qu est ce que je fais   d apres la personne c est un bon moyen pour se débarasser de netcom3....c est ca qu a disait hier...mais mon ordi me dit depuis combofix :H_ Key quelque chose et d autres trucs  2 spy et 5 infections reliés au combofix....
                     suis-je parano ou sur mes gardes de façon tout a fait normal ???
                     la personne m a dit "oui je voie que la confiance reigne...."

ouais.....po évident ca dit qu il y a le cocktail de choses suspectes que combofix a laissé deriere lui et mon ami qui est dans l ordi depuis juillet 2007 mon Hijacker.Affilated _with_with_browser que j ai eu dans un jeu que ma mere a downloadé pis je sais pas si y a une version qui est gratuite mais qui enleve pas juste les ti cookies mais les spywares comme les miens comme mon Rogue Antispyware.Antispyware_LLC de netcom3 j ai pas mal toute essayée mais ils sont plutot limité dans le ménage lorsqu on a la version free   ps j avais une derniere requete apres c est promis je te laisse tranquille lol   qu est ce que ca veut dire :Résultat d immunizer :la section active X a été immunisée aucun élément n a été traité c est dans spyware doctor aussi dern probleme  (promis !) l ordi est slow depuis l ajout d Explorer 7 pourquoi ?
   faut tu supprimer ou ajuster qqchose?          merci a tantot

hop pelaye !!!tu m as complètement perdue dans la brume toi LOL défragmenter un disque dur ?????????? j vais tout faire de travers pis l ordi  va m en vouloir !!! lol ,non sérieusement qu est ce que ca veut dire,est-ce que je peux faire ca toute seule ? pas obligé que ce soit un crack en informatique?  ps le sais tu pour le active x d immunizer  sinon c est ok ps² est ce ke je dois faire un scan ou autre chose avant de recoller un lrapport H JACK  je peut le faire avec KASPERSKY  SCANNER ou  un autre si lui me donne pas un rapport qu on peut coller ici est ce que kasp détecte les spy ou juste les virus    si c est ok pour kasp tu le diras ok  je t attends et merci de ta super patience

Allo je t envoie mon rapport Hijackthis Je trouve pas le précédent...pas grave...J ai fouillée pour le trouver et je suis tombé sur un dossier ,dans le poste de travail (disque local C ) quelque chose de bizzar c est un dossier on dirait fabriqué pour ramasser des renseignements ultérieurs ? c est un QooBox avec des choses comme BackEnv Quarantine etc....Qu est ce c est ca encore Une autre catastrophe à l horizon ou des déchets ??? Bonjour à toi...Tu t es pas sauvé lol... BON, là je crois que c est ok.J ai supprimé le dossier louche (QooBox) j ai passé le Ccleaner (j avais pas fait depuis un ti boute )Jai fait un dernier scan avec Doc Spyware pis ça dit toujours la même chose sauf une variante : Application légitime .Dans certains cas,ces logiciels sont parfois considérés comme indésirables .Ni plus ni moins il ne sait pas que c est moi qui a fouillé dans ses "tripes" avec Combofix...LOL ! Je t ai dit que l ordi est propre ?Ça a marqué sur la derniere analyse Malware Trojan TAI 10 has found and cleaned ! Ben oui je pèse sur le bouton FIX CHEACKED apres avoir coché 023-Ntcom3.... pis ca dit que l item choisi sera réparé ou supprimé  je pese sur oui et ca dit scan et je pese sur scan ( mais quand le nouveau scan est fini ca dit comme d habitude ) que  je dois supprimer la valeur de régistre   car ca a l air qu il y a seulement des traces là ( car il n y a plus rien qui parrait ailleurs que je pourrais trouver qui s apparente a ca il y a bien une chose qui sonne NET c est NET WAITING mais je crois pas que ca rapport avec ca alors j y touche pas ) pour le rapport hijkt il y as tu quelque chose que je fais pas correct ? toutes  mes autres suppressions ont marchées sauf elle    Reboot  needing ?   j suis découragée c est la seule chose qui m énerve là   @+

pour internet pas besoin de désinstaller l ancienne version par contre regarde si l ancienne version de java est dans ajout et suppression de programme si oui désinstal la 

sinon telecharge tunup utilities 2008 sur ce lien

ensuite fait une maintenance en 1 clic et ça défragmentera tes disques

Allo merci d avoir repondue ....pour Java j ai J25E Runtime Environement 5.0 Up date 6 et Up date 10 et aussi un JAVA (TM) 6 Up date 5 faut tu que je supprime les 2 autres ? Si je les enleve je vais pas perdre des choses ? moi je les laisse la sauf si tu dis que c est encombrant .A quoi ca sert J25E ,c est tu vraiment utile ?Autre chose si je fais le tunup est-ce qui faut tout remettre a jour ou bien ca ne touche pas a l espece d organisation de l ordi ?...pas sure que ça me tante vraiment de tout remettre a jour  MSN,les programmes,internet,la sécurité,ect....Excues-moi si j ai l air innoncente mais je connais pas ça pis je veux pas faire quelque chose avant de savoir...

allo c encore moi ....pour tunup ,moi j oublie ça...j ai lue des commentaires ,y a beaucoup de positif ...et des négatif ! il est juste gratuit 1 mois et c est une genre de pieuvre quand on essaie de le jetter au poubelle...il laisse des connections partout dans le registre et faut tout décoller a la main .aussi peut-etre que je capote pour rien ,mais y en a qui on plus de trouble avec TuUp qu avant l installation,pc qui saute,perte de fichier,de connection a internet,de msn et j en passe.
d autres on dù tout reformater leur ordi....tres peu pour moi !j ai juste une vie a vivre pis je veux pas passer  les 30 prochaines années a réparer les dégâts que j aurai pu faire... LOL !tu comprends j'espere, mais ton idée est excellente  , c est seulement moi qui est morte de trouille Je suis sure que ça va péter t as tu une autre idée pour écarter les dossiers qui se collent ensemble comme de la guimauve ????   j attends de tes novelles mon psychiâtre de l informatique

allo j ai fait le nettoyage du disque c ,j ai défragmenter ,j avais un peu plus de vitesse quand soudain, pouf! plus du tout le controle de l ordi .....j ai scanner avec Kaspersky que j ai telechargé sur secuser pis là les vrais troubles ont commencés...Mais pourtant je ne vais pas sur des sites a risque,je ne telecharge rien,je ne joue pas a des jeux en ligne,j,accepte po de messages e-mail sauf si je sais qui sait vraiment....Pis j ai seulement télécharger kaspersky sur un site reconnu...j suis découragée .si seulement je pouvais retourner dans le temps et pas avoir eue essayer de me débarrasser de mon hijackers...c est pas brailler qui va résoudre mon problême mais là j suis plus capable...kaspersky detecte 25 Ad-Tools Win.32.My Web Search .(as,aq,an,af,bc,ba.....)pis 1 Ad-Aware Win.32.Trymedia.b Dans regedite.exe y a une gang de petits dossiers marqués avec ses mêmes lettres-là (as,bc,aq....)Coudonc faus-tu les effacer ?ou je peux-tu aller dans panneau de configuration pour mettre l ordi a il y a de ca 2-3 semaines quand elle etait pas si mal en point ?parce que la j ai beaucoup de nouveau «stock» que j ai jamais vue de ma vie pis je sais pas d ou ca vient...en passant les autres anti trucs trouve comme d hab. (y a juste kaspersky qui hallucine) mais l ordi va pas bien . psst ! sais-tu normal que l ordi gratte tout le temps  même quand msn et internet est fermée ,quand je lles fermé au souper elle s est ré ouverte toute seule...j te jure! pis j te parle pas de la souris qui joue a cache-cache ...je pourrais chialer pendant des heures ....tu donnes pas de nouvelles  est-ce que je t ai dit quelque chose qui t as blessé? si oui excuse-moi je m en suis pas rendue compte ok   réponds moi ste plait  j ai besoin de toi m as faire ce qui faut ok  : (
