Machine quasi neuve lente...

Nouveau venu et déjà une question délicate...
Enfin pour moi en tous les cas :)

Je suis confronté à une machine qui est lente.
Depuis l’instal de la dernière imprimante HP C4280, elle a des problèmes de conflit avec word.
C'est un portable Latitude D630 acheté en début d'année qui a été maintenu par un société spécialisée pendant un temps mais qui n'a pas réussi à régler le problème.
Elle en a solutionné une partie en désinstallant des modules de l’imprimante (possibilité de lire mes cartes mémoire photo par exemple), mais le portable continue tout de même a planter.
De plus, il est lent alors qu'il est censé être plutôt fait pour endurer la charge...

Voici les caractéristiques du D630 :
- Core™ 2 Duo T7500 (2,2 GHz/4 Mo/800MHz) avec Intel GMA X3100
- Windows® XP Professionnel authentique, SP2 x32
- Mémoire SDRAM DDR2 667 MHz de 2,0 Go (2 x 1024 Mo)
- Disque dur SATA de 120 Go, 7200 tpm
