Bonjour, je voudrai savoir a quoi l'on voit que son antivirus est détourné par une personne mal intentionnée. Avez-vous un programme ou un "truc" qui permetrait de le savoir s'il vous plait? merci

bonjour freelog, j'entend par "antivirus détourné" que moi je vois mon antivirus normalement comme s'il était actif mais que enfait un virus ou je ne sais trop quoi l'a désactivé et me fait juste croire qu'il marche. Je demande cela car lorsque je lance une analyse complete elle ne dure que 5minutes alors qu'avant sa durait facile 1 heure je crois.

Essaie ce qui suit

Rends toi sur ce site :
http://www.zonavirus.com/datos/descargas/95/elibagla.asp
tout en bas de cette page tu trouveras un outil
à télécharger,clique sur "escargar Elibagla" 
(le numéro de version change au fur et à mesure des mises à jour)
installe ce fichier sur le bureau.
ensuite double-clic sur Elibagla.exe
>laisse la case "eliminar ficheros automaticamente" coché
>clique sur"explorar"
>laisse-le travailler
>poste le rapport final qui sera dans c:\infosat.txt 

Si, dans le rapport, tu vois un texte semblable à celui-ci 

Por favor, envienos una muestra del fichero 
C:\Muestras\HLDRRR.EXE.Muestra EliBagle v10.24 
a "virus@satinfo.es". Gracias;

envoie ce(s) fichier(s) (dans l'exemple C:\Muestras\HLDRRR.EXE.Muestra EliBagle v10.24 ) à l'adresse e-mail indiquée (virus@satinfo.es).

L'outil a rencontré un fichier qu'il reconnait mais ne sait pas encore éradiquer. Dans 24 heures environ, sur le site, la version de déchargement (v10.24 dans l'exemple) aura changé par rapport à celle actuelle. Tu retéléchargeras l'outil, tu le relanceras et tu posteras le rapport.

1 Télécharge 
CCleaner.

Installe le dans un répertoire dédié. 

AVG Anti-Spyware

Tu l'installes. 
Lance AVG Anti-Spyware et clique sur le bouton Mise à jour. Patiente 

2 Redémarre en mode sans echec.
 Attention, tu n'as pas accès à internet dans ce mode, note bien ce que tu as à faire. 
Démarre l'ordinateur. 
Une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir. Appuye sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows. 
En utilisant les touches du curseur, sélectionne Mode sans échec et appuye sur Entrée. 

3 Lance le nettoyage avec CCleaner.

4 Lance Lance AVG Anti-Spyware 
Clique sur le bouton Analyse (de la barre d'outils) 
Puis sur l'onglets Comment réagir, clique sur Actions recommandées. Sélectionne Quarantine. 
Reviens à l'onglet Analyse. Clique sur Analyse complète du système. 
A la fin du scan, choisis l'option " Appliquer toutes les actions " en bas. 
Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte qui se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware. 

5 Redémarre normalement et poste le rapport d'AVG Anti-Spyware 


6 F -  Hijackthis - Outil de diagnostic et réparation 
télécharge HijackThis ici:

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet. 
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

alors je n'y connais rien mais je voie des traces d'actieX d'adobe et de bitdefender alors que je n'utilise pas IE donc si tu as un moyen de le supprimé a moins que sa soit indispensable lol

Bitdefender tu as du t'en servir pour faire peut-être un scan, et tu as du activer les avticeX (pas méchant)
 IE tu ne t'en sert pas mais il est nécessaire pour les mises à jour &#9658; donc indispensable

non je ne voulais pas supprimé IE mais enlever bitdefender mais il n'est pas dans ajout/supp des programmes et je ne trouve pas programmes files dans vista, est ce que sa a un autre nom?
mon PC est a 65% en mémoire vive avec seulement firefox ouvert mais je ne c'est pas a quoi sa correspond

Sous Vista ""programme files"" se nomme ""programme" tout court
Tu dois avoir la fonction ""rechercher"" sous Vista, à la limite tu passes par là pour virer bitdefender
Rien de spécial dans ton log

Pour ne attraper de virus pas il ne faut jamais  utiliser XP en mode Administrateur
Windows XP crée un compte Administrateur pendant la procédure d'installation. La plupart des utilisateurs se simplifient la vie, croient-ils, en conservant ce compte pour exploiter leur machine. Un virus, un cheval de Troie ou  une fausse manipulation peut donner le contrôle à un attaquant extérieur qui en tant qu'Administrateur aura alors tous pouvoirs pour supprimer des comptes, changer les mots de passe, installer des logiciels, supprimer les fichiers, etc...
En revanche, si vous utilisez votre machine avec des droits réduits, Utilisateur ou Utilisateur avec pouvoir, les dégâts possibles seront très limités. Je vous conseille donc de créer un utilisateur et d'utiliser ce mode pour travailler. Il suffira de repasser en mode Administrateur le temps nécessaire pour installer de nouveaux logiciels ou pour faire des opérations sur le système. Pour ceux qui ont besoin de repasser souvent en mode Administrateur, il existe une commande Exécuter comme... (en faisant clic droit) qui permet d'exécuter un programme en mode administrateur sans changer de session.
