Bonjour
Alors voila depuis quelques mois, il arrive que mon ordinateur après avoir été allumé un petit moment subisse un plantage. Quand j'ouvre n'importe quel application, il me la ferme en me disant ceci: ".....exe a rencontré un probleme et doit fermer". Alors ce probleme arrive aléatoirement et dès qu'une application a ce probleme, celles que j'ouvre ensuite l'ont aussi 'en ai un autre aussi au cas ou cela pourrait etre utile mon ordi redemarre tout seul lorsqu'il tourne tro longtps avec un jeu ou queleque chose utilisant la carte graphique une surchauffe mais je ne pense pas que le probleme vienne de la. J'ai analysé le pc avec kaspersky,bit defender,certains programmes anti spywares... ils n'ont rien trouvé j'ai réinstallé windows sans formater rien ni fait et sur internet j'ai entendu dire qu'il s'agissait du virus bagle(w32.bagle.srd@mm) mais après plusieurs scan rien trouvé.

Télécharge Hijackthis
http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip (de Merjin).
Dézippe-le dans un dossier ou sur ton Bureau.

Lance l'application (Hijackthis.exe) :
- Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
- Le Bloc-Notes s'ouvre, poste son contenu :

-> Edition / Sélectionner tout
-> Edition / Copier
-> Clique-Droit / Coller dans ta réponse

bonjour

Va sur ce site, et telecharge la dernier verion ici
http://www.zonavirus.com/datos/descargas/95/elibagla.asp

tout en bas de cette page tu trouveras un outil
à telecharger,
clique surescargar Elibagla 10.25
installe ce fichier sur le bureau.
ensuite double-clic sur Elibagla.exe
>laisse la case
"eliminar ficheros automaticamente" coché
>clique sur"explorar"
>laisse-le travailler
>poste le rapport final qui sera
dans c:\infosat.txt

en ce moment j'ai mis bitdefender, avg anti spyware et kerio sur le coup lol

ton raport a l'air propre , pour les plantage peu etre que c'est du a un manque de memoir virtuel essay ces manips pour ameliorer les performance du pc

pour liberer plus d' espace

*desinstalls les programes inutiles

Va dans le Panneau de Configuration >> Ajout/Suppression de programmes, et désinstalle/supprime , tout les programe que tu n'utilise pas

Pour les lenteurs au démarrage :

*Désactive les programmes inutiles au démarrage pour gagner en performance et un démarrage plus rapide :
- Menu Démarrer puis executer
- Tape msconfig dans le champs et clic sur OK
- Dans la nouvelle fenetre clic sur l'onglet démarrage en haut à droite
- Décoche tous les programmes laisees coché seulement ton antivirus (bitdefender) et ton antispyware ( grisoft avg antispyware)

- Clic sur OK /appliquer/redemarrer maintenant
-au redemarage une petite fenetre s'affiche coche ne plus afficher ce message


pour les lenteur global

*Nettoye ton ordinateur avec CCleaner : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-ccleaner/


*desactive l'affichage des miniature des videos qui a tendence a faire planter le pc


-Menu Démarrer / executer / tapes : regsvr32 -u shmedia.dll et tu clics sur OK

*effectues un scan disk pour reparer les erreures

- Va dans le Menu : Démarrer / executer / cmd et tu clics sur OK. Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, tape chkdsk /F /R c:
Il va te dire qu'il ne peut pas scanner une partition montée et va te proposer de scanner au redémarrage, accepte et redémarre l'ordinateur.

au redemarrage ne touche a rien jusqu'a la fin du scan

*effectues une defragmentation pour gagné en performance

comence par faire les manips , je pense que le scan disk va reglé le probleme

bizarrement on dirait que juste un scandisk suffisait enfin jusqu'à présent ça se passe mieu merci beaucoup
