Crash jeu + aider moi résultat OCCT !

Bonjour, alors voila quand je joue sur mon pc, au bout de 5 ou 10 minute le jeux crash, sa m'amène au bureau principal et je peut plus retourner au jeux ( dé-fois il crash complètement) et donc j'ai fait un test sur 3d mark sa a crasher. Puis j'ai essayer OCCT pour voir si c'est pas l'alimentation, a peine 3 seconde le test lancée (Power supply) gros crash redémarrage de l'ordinateur. J'ai refais des test et j'ai réussi a avoir quand meme des graphique avec le crash mais le problème c'est que j'y comprend que dal !!! Aider s'il vous plais
